There is going to be more info about the show in the Survivor Ghost Island reunion. Ok meh, not actually a lot, just mostly a montage from the show, primarily fails and attempting to be witty. Also if people didnt already know, it starts airing July 11th 8PM EST and there are 10 episodes.

Thanks for using the complete title of TKO: Total Knock Out.
They spent a significant chunk of time during the Survivor Reunion Show promoting TKO: Total Knock Out.
Each hour-long episode of TKO: Total Knock Out focuses on 5 people. While one is running, the other 4 will try to knock them out.
It seems ATS is involved.
We've seen 4 obstacles so far.
Slightly longer walk-through
30 second promo

I watched the first episode last night and it was a very easy watch. Here's how the show works:
There are 5 contestants. One person runs through a 4 zone course and each zone has one of your opponents throwing stuff at you trying to knock you off the course. If you fall down in a zone you must go back to the beginning of the zone and try again. If you fail the zone again, you move onto the next zone but you are also given a 1 minute penalty. What's smart is that everyone but the person who finishes in last place wins money. That way, everyone is motivated to knock down their opponents until the very end. The fastest time wins $50,000, second gets $5k, third get $2.5k and fourth gets $1k. In addition, at the season finale, the 5 fastest $50k winners will come back to compete for $100,000.
The show itself is very lighthearted. The profiles for the contestants are brief and usually goofy. The course itself also has some good variety to it. My main concern is that because the course never changes between episodes, will the show get old fast? I don't know, but I enjoyed what I watched so far.
