The Cliff Hanger isn't that hard, though. I know you can't do it, but when you build a replica and master it, you'll see. It really isn't bad. If you have the strength and the technique, it's a piece of cake, I promise. You must be joking. I can just about do it but I can't even climb up. For some people it may be easy for others(like me)it's hard

You said you had the technique but you didn't say you practiced it. You only explained that you knew the technique, which proves nothing.
I recommend putting a slant on it. I believe it does make a difference. It makes the climb harder and the swing easier.
I wasn't joking. I've mastered my replica and now I don't fear the real thing.

I've practice it, I'm not sure if I can get the distance with my jump yet, I start getting tired and I can't build up as much momentum, and then I always want to jump before I get tired so I have energy to still hold on AFTER the jump.
But I've been practicing my cliff-hanger extensively, soon I'll be able to do the old one like it's nothing and after that I'll trian more specifically for the new version, right now I guess I'm just building up my finger strength.
