Obviously with Jessie's performance in SASUKE 34, the question is "how would other female competitors do on Sasuke 34". People like meagan martin, kacy and hikari (from the latest two Kunoichi performances) and others...
I think Megan has a chance to clear stage 1, just not as fast as Jessie. Maybe time out at the end???
I'm sure Kacy would have trouble with the tackle (they didn't make the boxes lighter for Jessie so i take it they wouldn't do the same for Kacy).
I think Hikari could go quite far into stage 1 but i'm not sure she'd clear. Tackle + warped wall is still quite a lethal combination.
Thoughts?

If anw woman competing 1) Meagan : timed out warped wall (higher wall plus after tackle,no chance) 2) Flex : probably clears or timed out like kacy in 32 3) Alyssa : early fail? I think fishbone or warped wall 4) Kacy : timed out warped wall, no chance after the heavy tackle 5) Barclay : maybe double pendulum, she is too short lol 6) Zhaniqque : fishbone, too height😂 7) Maggi Thorne : Tie fighter?, maggi wasn't that strong so i think she won't survive the tie fighter 8) Rebekah : I think warped wall, she maybe clears but soon timed out

Kacy already has been on a similar course back in 32 and timed out directly after the warped wall. Honestly her prime was when she beat the qualifiers and finals course. She hasn't done well at all since then let alone has never finished Stage One.

(they didn't make the boxes lighter for Jessie so i take it they wouldn't do the same for Kacy). That was actually at Jessie's request, they still did the female course modifications but Jessie wanted to run the mens setup of the course, also why they were fine giving her a high number, since they didn't have to group her in with more female competitors since they didn't have to mod the course for her

Yep. TBH I was surprised TBS agreed to her running the men's course (glad she did) after seeing what Kacy did on the women's course. I'm sure Jessie clearing Stage 1 in ANW was enough of a qualifier to tell TBS that she was good enough to try the men's course in Sasuke. The only adjustment that they did for Jessie was a time difference (10 more seconds in the 2nd stage) but otherwise she legit ran the same course as the men.

She had the extra 10 seconds in stage 1 as well but course setup was the same. Do we know if she got 40 seconds rest time in Stage 3 or same 30 as everyone else?

TBH I don't know that level of detail. I just know everyone lost their crap. I'm just happy she was legit happy to be there and her smile was contagious. I know I keep harping on it but the contrast was stark and everyone was climbing over each other just to be in her shadow. They all knew she was way out of everyone's league there.

I don't think any other ANW woman could make it as far as Jessie did.
I do think that Flex and Alyssa have proven with their ANW stage 1 runs that they can combine strength and speed enough that both would have a decent chance at clearing stage 1. Both are still comparatively new to this sport, and with another year or two of obstacle experience, I suppose both would have a chance to clear stage 2 eventually.
Right now, given that no man's able to beat the UCCCH/VL combination, I doubt any woman could get past them, either. Other than maybe completing the UCCCH transitions, I think this year was Jessie's best-case scenario of a run - for now. She keeps improving to the point that I don't think anyone knows what her limit could be eventually.

"It's just the biggest honor of American Ninja Warrior to be invited to the original Sasuke" -Jessie in her post Stage 3 interview, along with talk about how she's been applying to Sasuke for a while

I remember her shouting at Drew to take 40 seconds of rest, so this may have been true.

everyone got 40. Jessie didn't know they gave her extra time, she actually is sorta upset about that because she woulda timed out second stage, but also wasn't rushing because because she was keeping tabs on her pace so she doesn't know if she legit cleared or not. She easily legit cleared 1 even if she didn't get the time though.

Having been on set there before it is only 1 timer and it's really far out and facing the other way (meaning it's impossible to see while you are running it). That said yeah if she ran the same timer as the men she would have run out of time.. but.. to be fair.. when you hear the klaxon earlier you do other things to get there faster so she could have still done it? She might have Shingoed the ending or something to beat the clock. She was 5 seconds off so it's not out of the realm of possibility that she could have cleared with the shorter timer.

Drew was telling her to pace herself so that was what she was going off of.
