Too lazy to design stages 1 & 2 but here's my suggestion for Stage 3. A more balanced stage that tests everything instead of just showing who's the best rock climber.
It's pretty much a revolution and I'm totally ok if you're gonna say this is BS.
We start on a platform higher up in the air, at Nr. 3 you'll see why. 1.Rolling Thunder 2.UCCH 3.Down-up body prop through a tower 4.Elevator Climb or Invisible Ladder back up a tower next to it. Transfer into Hang Climb. 5.Hang Climb, transfer on a platform 6.A couple feet of Slackline. Let's see how your balance is when your body is shaking, and let's see if the climbers can do this. 7.Flying Bars
Do you have the grip and forearms and core and balance to get through this? Then you deserve to hit the buzzer.

How about Stage 2 that test both of your upper-body strength and speed? 1. Super Cross Slider (25ft track) 2. 20ft Invisible Ladder +3. Walking Bar 4. Globe Grasper 5. Wingnut Alley +6. Pipe Slider (no tricky leap) Time limit: 3:30
