Probably not, I mean there are several competitors who failed more times then him and still keep going.

Very doubtful. He's been definitely working on a lot of things between 33 and 34. I think he'll break his drought.

Was going to say he's not that old, and than looked up how old he was. Didn't realize he was 39. Not that I think that's too old by a long shot. He doesn't look that old and I think he can make it through the first stage again. Many ninjas show that age isn't an important factor. Takeda is 42 and cleared it last comp, and I feel like Shingo will never stop running. lol

Yamada hasn't been himself since Sasuke 12, and he only JUST retired lol That's not true, he hasn't JUST retired, he already retired in 8, and 12, and 17, and 24, and 28 I don't think we count 31 since that was more of a ban

I think he'll at least beat the 1st stage this time, hell for all we know he might get a 3rd win.

I wouldn't count on it. The only reason he fell on the rolling hill in 33 was because of a misstep that could've happened to anyone. He's probably going to beat the double pendulum that defeated him in 32 because I know he has been training hard and is capable of doing it. Overall, I think he's got this in the bag! And even if he does fail, we know that a 2x Grand Champ won't retire that easily!

What about Shingo Yamamoto? He's been in every Sasuke contest ever since the beginning. He may be the godfather of Sasuke, but he has never made total victory.

I'd say no one will stop competing, though it wouldn't surprise me if some competitors step back after this in terms of whether they compete for Sasuke 35. The chances of that happening would be very slim though.

I can say.. he's taking it seriously so this question is not out of bounds. No spoilers or anything but this question has come up recently.
