IT BEGINS.
As a reminder, obstacle spoilers have traditionally been ruled as legal, so fire away as long as no results are leaked. In the past few years Inui has tweeted out most of the course before the broadcast, so feel free to drop those here as well. Please no predictions in this thread, we have a thread for predictions.

Hmmm looks like a devilish new Pole Grasper obstacle with 8 foot gaps. I assume it'll be called the /Space Needles.

Seems to be a very hot day in Midoriyama. Quad Steps, and probably the Rolling Hill seem to be back

It's not replacing the Fishbone, if you look closely it's still there.

Seems like the Spider Walk and Drop? is still there. Inui doesn’t hear us again The powers that be for the show are aware of our existence, but that does not mean one should expect this place as a whole as a token of influence in any significant regard in terms of actual show decisions. If the Orugoru ends up in Stage 1, this potentially is the first time the First Stage had two mechanical obstacles at the same time.

Are you discounting the Rapid Descent in Sasuke 1 as mechanical, because that had the middle log rotating before the competitor gets there, in addition to the Rock Climbing Conveyor Wall at the end of Stage 1

I mean, Inui knows about us, Inui knows how we are, I would not be surprised if he lugged the Orugooru over to Midoriyama just to take a picture of it to troll us, seems like the kind of thing he'd do

Cool to see the orugoru back, aslong as it doesn't replace the double pendulum

I love the new Red/Blue Mats in Stage 1. Really feels like a different tournament. Unrelated note, that dude who is testing on the Tie Fighter is wearing a kpop Japan tour shirt.

Red blue mats? Thought the blue was temporary.
Don't know if this'll grow on me...
