Fun day today, only 1 out of like 17 people cleared this insane Vertical Limit (Michael Torres), nobody made it to the last 4 obstacles streamable.com/kywytHere's mattskills 's run, he finished 6th overall in the end because he ran right in the middle, people started to realize it was a race to the VL. Also thatoneuser and I had some top notch commentary too I see the NNL courses are trying to copy the American Ninja Warrior city-finals courses now

All of the building going on at Ninjaquest is making me super hyped for finals! There's sure to be a ton of original obstacles.

An international qualifier will be hosted at Ninjaquest on Wednesday, February 21 with the exact same format as last year. To my knowledge no Japanese competitors have signed up since travel to the East Coast (close enough) is much more difficult than travel to the West Coast.

There are roughly 10-15 Australians coming out to compete, mostly Australian Ninja Warrior veterans, most qualified through the Ninja Challenge League Finals in November, but at least three will be trying their luck with the qualifier like last year.

Oh heck yes! The Australians were so nice and awesome last year!

I'm off to Michigan. If the edge pulls off having 500 people running tomorrow while staying on time I'll be super impressed.

Question for everyone going to the Adult Finals this upcoming weekend. Is anyone planning on going to open gym at Ninja Quest on Friday night? I'm probably going to go to the 8pm session but I'm not sure about the 6pm session.
Edit: turns out the open gym is competitors only. Never mind!
Edit 2: Turns out my original statement was correct. Carry on!

Carry on! Let's just move this from Facebook to here... The 8 PM session is going to be jam packed from ninjas getting in late, so you're probably better off getting there early. I'm intentionally getting there well before even 4, but I have some stuff I need to do before and during open gym. I'm sure I'll sneak onto some obstacles. Definitely come say hi! I want to get a bunch of pictures. We obviously need a huge SMF picture but I want some pictures with the international crowd as well. Anyone know if Perry is going? I don't know where to find the international sign up list lol For anyone else coming down: I'm trying to organize some stuff for Thursday if anyone will be here. I'm thinking either sightseeing in Atlanta or hitting up Slingshot Entertainment about 10 minutes away from Ninjaquest.

Stage two was a giant RIP for me. I was one of the first 10 to go and was only the second or third person to make it to this PVC floating poles and used the wrong foot placement and just slipped right off. I also didn't see Phillip there yesterday so didn't get any SMF pics.

Welp. I know Philip wanted to go to Ninjakour and that's not too far away so maybe we'll go there instead.
