Wasn’t the biggest fan of the elimination idea (made it less different from All-Stars), but I understand it would’ve taken too long to run four teams through Stage Three. Although yeah, they could’ve made the extra points from Stage Two count for something, one way or another. The Ultimate Cliffhanger was really relentless! A bit of a shame because I wanted to see more attempts at the Body Prop, birdhouse things (which I feel terrible about forgetting the name of!) and TimeBomb combo. Hopefully we’ll seea try or two in All-Stars!🤞 Peg Cloud.

And then stage 4 climb off that happened one after the other. That was a total of 29 runs. With 4 teams but only 2 heats on 1, 2, and 3, and the final climb happening at the same time, that would only be a total of 25 runs. There certainly would have been time to keep team Asia. It would have been only 2 more runs and could have certainly been fitted into it. But yeah, the ultimate cliffhanger was a killer this time. Even people who beat it last year didn't. I wonder what was it that made it so tough this time around.

I think it would also be good if they came up with a better way of controlling the rope than having crew members hold it at the bottom. It appeared that at the start Sean McColl's rope was held quite a bit tighter than Sean Bryan's. With a time difference of less than a second, little things like this could decide the winner.

Ok so David Campbell commented on UniversalTuber's video on USA vs. The World. If you haven't read it here it is: www.youtube.com/user/supernouhtI'm not sure what to think anymore tbh. I wouldn't doubt he knows more than a lot of us, but us viewers and fans have seen the timers all messed up.

Which particular thing are people confused? I'm not sure where the story of them being invited and they declined came from but I know for a fact they were told their presence wasn't needed because they were going in a different direction. Some were upset about it while others seemed relieved.. but the idea that they turned it down was probably NBC covering their a**es.. when they asked if they were going to be coming back they were denied. I remember distinctly from the Japan side as I was still involved in behind the scenes stuff back then to know from the horses' mouth.

What do you think about the whole "NBC making America look good" thing? Because that's the real thing I'm confused on. Yes we've seen photos of fudged timers but the question is are they still going on (making Europe win to set up for an American comeback, etc.). I personally think it's kinda fair but only after they screw Japan/Asia over.

It's safe to say Sean McColl is the best Stage 2 competitor of all time, including Sasuke. I'm not sure how he would do on the Sasuke Stage 2, since it is much more a speed stage than an upper body test like ANW's Stage 2.
I truly think if Sean McColl could compete in the actual ANW, no just the exhibition, he'd be a 2 or 3 time champion. The only uncertainty I have is how he'd handle Stage 1. I don't remember if he has ever run Stage 1.
