Watching USA vs The Worls and seeing Josh run the 3rd stage and clearing got me thinking he is probably the USA counterpart of Morimoto. As they are both young and grew up as fans of the show plus the smallest ones on their teams. Plus other things I have seen throughout season 8 we might have it here with Josh. What do you all think?

I wholeheartedly agree. Levin's got the speed, agility, strength, and skills needed to achieve kanzenseiha, just like Morimoto.

His actual time was over 10 minutes for the clear though, so it doesn't give a good gauge of what he can do.

Watch UBW from a week ago. Josh won that over Drew by climbing a 100 foot rope in 50 seconds. Assuming he slowed down towards the top he could definitely do a 75 in around 30 seconds.
And the 10 minutes thing. Since stage 3 is not timed, he could take 10 minutes in the normal competition depending on how strict the refs are. They were yelling at him to get moving after every obstacle, and then made a strict ruling after his run for how long breaks were. So he would likely get less time in the regular season, but I think he could still get close.

His actual time was over 10 minutes for the clear though, so it doesn't give a good gauge of what he can do. You also have to take in account that was his rookie year, and literally was the strength he had walking into ANW 8. Now give him a whole year to continue training and I doubt he needs as much rest. He also did prove he is the fastest person up a rope, even faster than drew and I believe both of them have the talent to win this year.

He's my prediction to win it all in ANW 10.
Imo it will depend on two things: the penultimate obstacle on stage 2 and how good his rope climbing skills are

I disagree because Morimoto was a veteran by the time he won. He'd been in the show for almost 10 years.. Josh is what.. on his 2nd year?

^ Agreed. Josh Levin is good, loads of potential, but people are forgetting Yusuke's been involved with the show for a decade. He cut his teeth as a reoccurring youthful competitor rarely shown. It's just that he wasn't consistently shown until after his breakthrough in 29. At that point he had already competed five times prior. By ANW age standards, Morimoto would only be able to first compete in 29. Even in an ANW context. Levin may have beaten the 3rd Stage, but Morimoto was the first person to do it on U.S. soil. Knowing Levin has the skills to be Stage 3 is great; but he has to do it in official competition. Issac is the only American to defeat Stage 3 in the regular season and USA vs. The World, and he didn't do so until AFTER he won. Meanwhile Morimoto did a first on U.S. soil, then went on to win Sasuke.
Either people are overstating Levin's potential or underplaying Morimoto's elite status.
