I would like the idea of the Ring of Fire from Team NW being put somewhere in Vegas. Maybe a bigger version, but I certainly wouldn't mind that over something like the Log Grip in Stage 1. Or put it as the start of Stage 2.

After seeing clears on stage 3 on USA vs the world, I think some changes will be coming.... Not sure why this isn't in spoiler tags. I has nothing to do with this season, let alone the event.
But it's okay. It's shame only on me, because I had no business coming here before I'd watched the event.
If it's untagged spoilers, just report it.

Confirming dates of all the events including finals which apparently as of this date still has tickets available.

Huh, looks like they're expanding the special events
JUNE 22nd: ALL-STAR TEAM CHALLENGE JUNE 24th: ALL-STAR SKILLS CHALLENGE
Imo it's a good idea as long as they get it right. The team challenge has always been a random side event so far

I really wish they just got rid of the team challenge.. Almost everyone skips to the 2nd part of the special anyway.. I'd rather they expand the All-Star individual events and scrap the team.. but IMO they only have it because of Matt and Akbar picking teams. I just think the whole week is too damn long for everyone.

They have recorded those on different days in the past. Also am I the only one who doesn't mind the team event?

With three teams at three members each, the recent team competition was practically a TNW relay showdown on the Vegas course, so I felt it was more watchable than previous years, despite it still consisting of B-teams. I'd like to see it be its own one-hour special to start off the next season of TNW. This would give the skills challenge the entire two-hour slot.

The first time wasn't as bad, but digesting the peg board race I hated because that was one of the skills challenges I most looked forward to, especially because they may show one new one in full and the same ones just with different people.

Went by the lot on my way home one more time. Here's the final course layout (almost):
Stage 1 1. Snake Run 2. Propeller Bar 3: Double Dipper 4. Jumping Spider 5. Sonic Curve to Metal Spin 6. Warped Wall 7. Wobbly Log Runner Thing 8. Flying Squirrel (at least the truss layout makes it seem so)
Stage 2 1. Giant Ring Swing 2. Down Up Salmon Ladder 3. Wave Runner 4. Tick Tock 5. Wingnut Gauntlet (several wingnuts some perpendicular to each other) 6. Wall Flip
Stage 3 1. Floating Boards (each one higher than the next) 2. Keylock Hang 3. Nail Clipper 4. Ultimate Cliffhanger 5. Curved Body Prop 6. Unknown 7. Floating Books 8. Flying Bar

So what exactly is the Nail Clipper like? And I would assume the Floating Books are similar to the block pinch grips at 323 Training Grounds.

Two big dippers, one bar, one gap in between each Big Dipper.

It's a bunch of Cliffhanger ledges around a cylinder and the cylinders turns in place, and you have to keep turning it while holding onto the last obstacle until it hits a stopper. Then you can swing to the next one and repeat. Is that what the rolling Cliffhanger was, or was it more of a roulette cylinder but with cliffhangers?

I agree. I think the secret killer will be the sonic curve to metal spin, since a lot of people might overshoot the warped wall platform and have to fall.
And the snake run can still change during testing. But overall, only 2.5 new obstacles, and they are essentially modifications of existing obstacles.

Yeah, seems like that was pretty much the 8th obstacle in Cleveland. For the double big dipper, how difficult does it look?

Stage 2 2nd obstacle is the Triple(!!!) Salmon Ladder. It looks like Stage 3 6th obstacle is the Birdhouses that people have been doing (hanging peg thing) but perhaps stationary and not swinging. Can't confirm that for sure. I also think the Walking Bar is back in the 7th slot.
Also yes, the Nail Clippers are the rotating cliffhangers from Cleveland.
