There's no need to be so modest about achieving something that others are selling their soul to try to achieve. Well, there's the problem. We should have learned from Yuuji: you sell soles to achieve it!

That is for the Tryouts which is mainly for the competition-ready athletes. You get between 1 and 19 City Finals-sized Obstacles for that price, and the chance to also win a LOT more. The adult course is less expensive.

That’s utterly shocking and completely unprofessional of them... I feel sorry for all the ninjas who took off time and money to fly out, but feel even worse for everyone else who was just excited to try out the course. Something really must have went south for them to completely cancel the week of. ☹️

Official:
I got tipped off on this yesterday and have been looking into an official reason, of which we have none. My best guess would be something along the lines of "logistical nightmare" and they should have ripped the band-aid off months ago.

I just wonder what the holdup is with an official statement. I saw a video on the local ABC Phoenix new segment announcing the cancellation. The venue has posted on its website that its cancelled. And from what I hear, emails to the official contact email from anwexperience.com are being returned as undeliverable. I'm a little bit disappointed but as long as I get a refund then its really no big deal for me since I was planning on driving and hadn't made any hotel reservations. I just feel really sorry for the kids after seeing posts on the anwexperience FB page of upset parents who were taking their kids and how disappointed and heartbroken the little ones are. Unless you are actively searching for info his week, you still wouldn't have been told that its been cancelled. I'm sure that there is a lot going on behind the scenes but just a head's up to those who aren't in the know really should be done ASAP.

In case it's not clear to anybody, because it wasn't clear to me: The entire event including all cities has been cancelled.

Could it be possible that someone got severely injured while testing an obstacle, resulting in this cancellation? Either that or lack of ticket sales, nothing else makes sense

But it probably gots partially to do with $$$

Was discussing it in Twitter and figured it was because not enough people signed up for it. My guess is the price was prohibitive for the ones who wanted to compete. That combination can't be good. It's a shame because it was a nice idea. I'm hoping it has nothing to do with who was attached to it behind the scenes. That has caused problems before. Either way sad to see it all go. It was a great idea and incredibly disappointing to hear it never got off the ground.

Funny that a group of ninjas (Wolfpack) are able to put all of the time and effort to make this, but the official channel is too lazy to pull off the same thing.
I really wanna know what happened! Although I do feel bad for anyone who was going :/

To piggyback off this: If you go to the official website, when you click on both city's Ticketmaster link for spectator, it lists the Phoenix event as not found and the San Diego as "Oh-no! These tickets went fast and we're unable to find more right now." Clicking on any of the other tickets will just redirect you to the website. The Facebook page just now has comments of a bunch of ticked off parents.

They didn't seem to advertise this well. If I recall correctly they didn't promote it at all during season 9's broadcast. Hopefully they can give it another shot next year with promotion during the upcoming season.
