SASUKE 33 Third Stage's only has 2 resting spots, similar to SASUKE 1. Doesn't the green bar of safety count as a resting spot Are you talking about the bar before the pipe slider? They blocked it off at the top, so you can't rest there.

SASUKE 33 has a total number of 26 obstacles in all 4 stages, making this tournament the largest amount of obstacles being used, same as SASUKE 32 (which is the first tournament with 26 obstacles). In order not to bump into that old thread and get myself a warning level, I post it here.

In order not to bump into that old thread and get myself a warning level, I post it here. Usually TBS considers the whole final stage to be one obstacle (or at least Monster9 used to). With that the record is 24 obstacles, first achieved in Sasuke 14 and was the numbers for many tournaments too. (14-24, 32-33)

Not when there are nets blocking you from sitting on them Although probably frowned upon in Sasuke. That would still require being able to sit up on the bars. The bars are pretty close to each other.

You can still do what Ryo did (although it's likely not allowed). I don't see what difference these pictures make, am I missing something? He never sat on the bar in the first place.

So Pipe Slider's extensive modify is the resting bars?

So Pipe Slider's extensive modify is the resting bars? We don't know whether they adjusted anything about the Pipe Slider itself but there is no longer a dedicated rest point before the Pipe Slider. The only rest points in Stage 3 are in between Drum Hopper Kai & Flying Bar and Sidewinder Kai & Ultra Crazy Cliffhanger. The nets are a development new as of 33 (the pipes were also slightly positioned differently as well). In 32 if anyone would have gotten that far, they would have been able to rest.

It's about the limited space the nets allow. That bar is ANW has nothing attached to it and his legs are wrapped around the entire length of the sides. The bars in Sasuke have numerous attachments to them. Not to mention the proximity of the bars in relation to each other.

Jun Sato and Naoya Tajima used to be.

For the current configuration of the Shin Sedai are: Yuuji Ryo Kanno Asa Here's a random fact, that's how I say the shin sedai too! O.O I don't usually say the last name for Ryo or Yuuji but I do say the last name for Hitoshi and Kazuma... XD Also with Yusuke making the 3rd stage on his very next attempt after his win, the only champion that can't say the same is Akiyama (and TECHNICALLY Yuuji the first time.)

*This is the first time anyone besides Nagano has been Last Man Standing in consecutive tournaments. *This is the first time a non-All Star has been Last Man Standing more than once. *Drew holds the record for most consecutive 3rd Stage attempts by a foreigner, at 4. *Drew tied the record for most 3rd Stage attempts by an American, at 4. *This is the first time a competitor has done worse in their second consecutive tournament of being Last Man Standing. *This is the first time an American has failed the Cliffhanger after beating it. *This is the first time post-Nagano's kanzenseiha an American has done better than all champions. *This is the second time an American has been Last Man Standing in an anniversary tournament.
