Not sure if it sways anyone's ideas about the wild cards but in the rules it stated if you were chosen as a wild card then you will not be given the money if you happen to achieve total victory.... now imagine how that would play out if a wild card spot happen to do that. This also helps me realize how they select the wild cards, someone who won't necessarily win but can help bring in viewers... thus it became a women spot. For this year they changed it to 2 girls qualify to Vegas instead of wild cards. I'm not sure what it said about the girls being selected and not being able to win the million. But I'm going to assume it wouldn't exclude them bc they "earned" there way there. So at least this year I'm going to assume everyone who made it Vegas had a chance at a million dollars, which I think is better. This makes me feel even better that wildcards are gone now. Of course they didn't say that wildcards couldn't win the million on TV, cause that would cause even more controversy about female-only wildcards.

Are you refering to me I read everything and I heard the rumors about kacey retiring but that does not change the fact that she was gifted wildcards over deserving women in the past; I still do not understand the up in arms because some women made it because of weaker competition yet we seen the same thing in regionals before with the men. I still do not understand why people think one is sexist and not the other and the wildcard going too all women is on NBC and that is their fault. While the new rule may not be perfect I prefer it over the previous wildcard slection process. Yes I'm referring directly to you since you took the time to call everyone stupid. You are also falsely accusing people for NOT calling out NBC on their blatant sexism over their change on wildcards before this rule. If you read the whole thread and still came to that ignorant conclusion that seems to be your fault and not ours. It would be different if you had a disagreement over what was said but instead you chose to be an ignorant a*****e about it and throw everyone under the bus because of your inability to read. I am fine with being called out, but at least call me out directly not beat around the bush. Call me what ever you want and I did not call everyone stupid I was referring to people turning it to sexism was stupid. What ever

I like the women's rule it only allows for best to qualify. I do want wildcards back, but instead of making them all women maybe give it to some guys who deserve it more than the girl who failed the second obstacle.
