No offense but how did you always miss this:

Wor ship Leader... so, he's like... a ship captain... on a ship that goes to "WOR!" with umm... Vikings?

Pretty much every ANW8 veteran getting called back, if only they'd done this last year...

Huh. Never realized Daniel Gil was religious. I mean, it doesn't affect my opinion of him, just interesting to see a different side to him. No offense but how did you always miss this:

Also, he calls himself the Kingdom Ninja and has a shirt that says Honor. But we all do miss things. You could ask me what Andrew Lowes does and I would have no clue.

Texas is going to be well represented in San Antonio. Currently 55 of the 63 callbacks listed are from the Lone Star State. I was told by a few people that casting said New Mexico (Where I moved to in the last 6 months) was going to be part of the San Antonio region. Starting to think (hope is probably a more accurate term), that maybe New Mexicans will be going to Denver since I haven't heard of any getting callbacks for SA yet. Denver is almost half the distance than what San Antonio would be for anyone who lives in the Central or Northern part of the state.

Because I was distracted by his sexiness long, flowing hair.

Really? More familiar faces and course clears and less Captain Tornados failing the second obstacle? The familiar faces that needed to be there were there. The mediocre familiar faces (Rob Moravsky style) weren't necessary. I prefer seeing (partially) some fresh blood instead of getting a recycled product every year. Look at competitors like Levin, Labreck, Gil, Murray, Bull, Moravsky. Isn't that what you want to see instead of getting ANW4 veterans recycled all over and over again? But again: I am talking about the mediocre competitors that never clear anyway, not about the stars or fan favorites.
And just recently I re-watched season 6. There were like 10 clears per city, how boring is that? If it's more difficult to clear it makes it more nail-biting, as you're constantly wondering if and when anyone will finally get to the top. If you get clears it's more like "meh, just another clear, how easy is that?". Achieving something difficult makes it so much more special than achieving something easy.

I agree with that. My initial stance supported the inclusion of veterans who still trained hard and had the ability to do well.

Wait you did? Congratulations! Haha yes I did thank you. Been waiting 6 years for this. That's awesome! ♥ It's amazing when I think how many grew up on these boards and are now eligible to compete! It always makes me proud hearing any SMF member gets a crack at it. Have fun!!

I'll not be surprised if there are any Spurs players in the mix like they did with Indy and the IndyCar drivers.

I'll not be surprised if there are any Spurs players in the mix like they did with Indy and the IndyCar drivers. Only way that would happen is if its a retired Spurs player. Its the middle the NBA season, they're the first place team, and I'm sure its in their contracts that they can't participate in any sort of extracurricular activity that could likely get them hurt.
