Okay cool. I think the blocks always did slide (see the guy who failed it) but now we'll be seeing it much more.
What are they filming first LA regular or celebrity special?

Biggest change I think is the different sizes and the higher number of blocks.
Also these testers suck lol! Not that I could do any better though.

Rumor has it the second obstacle is a downhill cannonball slider with two drops...Depending on how large or slippery it is, we may see a lot of early exits.
Apex has something similar to that except using a gumball, I would expect plenty of people to know how it feels.

Ok so I know this is completely off topic, but for years I have had questions about the walk on line and was wondering if someone could answer them. I didn't want to start a new thread because I didn't think it was worth it. Does ninja warrior select who will run the course from the walk on line based on the number of when they got there, for example, would they take the first 20 or so in line based on time or do they randomly pick. If they do randomly pick then what would be the point of arriving so early. Also if they pick the first 20 or so then why do people who are like 100 or so even bother. Do they do it another way? Thanks.

Oh ok so the longer you wait the better chance you have pretty much: so if you get there before anyone you might have to wait 3 weeks but you will be guaranteed a spot. I get it.

Also how the heck can someone wait 3 weeks? Can you leave the set AT ALL?

I'd do almost anything to get on this show, but I wouldn't do that. And I'm not old enough but you get my point

You don't literally wait in line the whole time. The unofficial walk on line (before the official) meets up about two to three times a day and makes sure everyone is still there. Then once the official walk on line starts, you take your group there. But the unofficial line, Anw has nothing to do with because your not supposed to do it. However if a group was not formed before then it would be like a black Friday Walmart door opening when Anw actually started the line.

And also the first 15 are "usually" guaranteed to run if all conditions are right. I was number 12 in Indianapolis last year and didn't get to run. They ran 1-10 the very first runs. Then ran some call backs. Rain delay was for an hour then returned. They probably ran 50 more call backs. Then they called the next five walk ons to the warm up area. We started warming up and it started to rain again. They postpone until the next night. They picked right back up with the call backs and said they didnt have any more time for us at the end. talk about a heart breaker

We started warming up and it started to rain again. That was more than a "rain delay". I was about 50ft away from death when lightning struck the chase tower. That first night became went from 0 to critical faster than anyone was anticipating and we pushed contestants to the last second.

When there's a rain delay, it really sucks for walk-on. I didn't get a call back for my fourth season and walked-on in OKC. 30 minutes worth of rain ruined my chances.

Wait, so how long do you typically have to wait in the actual walk on line not the unofficial and do the people from the unofficial walk on line typically get the first spots in the real line and are guaranteed to run. Also in the real anw line, once you get a spot can you leave whenever?

They do have a bit of backstory on the sign in sheet thing for walk ons. But from my experience (which admittedly is a few years outdated) they went by number
