It's about that time! I'm assuming construction will start this Tuesday. To me that's when the season TRULY begins.

Ironic fact, this guy's a swimmer in Nevada! Really rare seeing a guy that swims competitively before. Best of luck to him!

Looks like we're unlikely to get obstacle info until taping night :/ That said, they almost certainly began production today or yesterday. Happy ninja season, everyone!

Jefferson Lippitt http://instagr.am/p/BQMEIh3jt1z I think swimmers that train for this could do well. Swimming requires a lot of upper body strength, hand/grip strength (every try gripping water?), and an extremely detail-oriented approach. I was actually hoping to see some Rio Olympians pop up on the celebrity edition. Ironic fact, this guy's a swimmer in Nevada! Really rare seeing a guy that swims competitively before. Best of luck to him!

Yeah we knew that because of the confirmation that they were using the same location for the Celebrity version.

So Coolridge is on a trip in the Caribbean over the next week, so I'm assuming he either is skipping this year or is moved to another region. Unfortunate cause I have him in my top 10 to complete all 4 stages.

Are obstacles 4 and 5 closest to us? Or is it the other direction?

Block Run with different sized blocks!! I thought that obstacle seemed like one of the easier ones from last season. But this definitely makes it harder.

Very confused as to which direction it goes; on one hand, it has what looks like camera boxes on the left side of the course, on the other hand what looks like the announcer booth is also on the left side.

Yeah, very interesting. Because yeah the announcers are definitely on the left, and since they are at the Warped Wall, then the first obstacle is right below us. But block run is obstacle 4...since the pool below can't be the steps. Hmm...

But tough part is the blocks are different sizes.

So the steps are still in? I hope not. They need to mix it up.

So the steps are still in? I hope not. They need to mix it up. Steps will always be there. Same with a Warped Wall. Although I'd love if they would redesign the floating steps to rotate slightly as if they were actually pinball wedges. Not too much give but a slight springiness that could make it tougher to get from step to step.

No idea on the majority of the course, but I can see there being around 20 qualifying clears (Bull gets fastest again) (heard about a bar 5th obstacle and going with 12 now nope now going with 23), and they should make the finals easier, I can see 2 finishers, Flip and Levin.
