(Subject doesn't allow long titles)
.......obstacle really got changed the most
I'm talking about Salmon Ladder. Personally, Stage 2 might have ended there again, I was thinking about the five (Urusihara, Kanno, En Chi, Okuyama, and Sato) who made it past there, but most (if not all) had horrible stick slider attempts. If those stoppers were not in place, I think we would've seen a repeat of 19.

This was actually changed in 21, not 22. Consider this, in 18-20, it was important to focus on keeping it balanced during the stick slider, whereas in 21 and 22, it was not important and they all know it so they dont bother. I think that most of them if they needed to keep it level they would.

I knew about the change, but I noticed it more in 22. But wouldn't being careless like that mees up their jump

I wouldn't think so.. When you have the mentality "I have to jump AND keep it straight for several seconds then drop" as oppose to "I just have to get it over" it has to add more pressure

I don't even think they need to add new obstacles in Stage 2.
Just change obstacles back to there original form >.>
I don't even mind the swing ladder, its that they make existing obstacles easier that bug me.

Well the Salmon Ladder was minorly modified from 21, Instead of a short thick bar with stoppers, it's a long thin bar with stoppers (the exact same kind as the Slider Jump has)
But what times have they made the obstacles easier anyways? Sasuke 18 gave the Metal Spin a long runup as opposed to the non-existant one that it had before Nagano won. Sasuke 20 had the unreached Skywalk replaced with the "Monkey Bars" (No, that's actually the name, G4 changed it to Climbing Bars, Although Climbing Bars was the real name of the obstacle they called "Bridge of Destiny") obstacle from Kunoichi 7 and called it the Swing Ladder (Still a lame name, but better than Monkey Bars...) Sasuke 21 had the bar redesigned to a heavier thicker bar with stoppers making the Stick Slider easy. Also in Sasuke 21 the stoppers on the Wall Lift were signifigantly raised since 20 because of Levi getting caught. Sasuke 22 redesigned the bar again by putting the Slider Jump bar in it's place, making the unlikely chance someone misses one side getting up onto the stick slider and have it too far in so they don't end up smacking themself into the Salmon Ladder. Also with how Brian and Levi failed getting one side up they didn't want it to fall off (which I don't see how that's possible considering it didn't fall off for Nagano in 18, The two examples I gave in 20, And especially [url=http://www.majhost.com/gallery/manaleader/Sasuke/downtwonotchessalmonladder.jpg=Yamada Koji having one side fall down two notches in 19[/url])

Didn't get to see the pole closely enough, but one thing was for sure, it was a good thing that those stoppers were there otherwise Okuyama would've been knocked out on the Stick Slider...again.
He really went wide to one side once again, but thanks to those stoppers, he was able to advance.

I wonder why people don't try to man-handle the bar when it turns like that. When it turned on the Pipe Slider for me, I straightened it out right away.

Because there's no point anymore. In 18 it might have happened I think. And in 20 Levi did it. But now that you can't fall off what's the point.
