Definitely. I think Takeda only failed it because he reached for the wrong on. He sort of crossed his arms across his chest and then fell.

Also, gliding ring is a lot easier than it originally looked. Just doing the obstacle builds up practically all of your momentum for you, and it takes very little strength to dangle from a bar.
