ROFL.. my husband is asleep I'm emaling Luci back and forth on a blog I promised by the middle of the week (she did a ridiculously awesome job on it) and trying to concentrate long enough to finish Sasuke 22 blog.. I feel your pain..

I got pictures of everything and videos of a lot of people's runs.
Still waiting on them to load on the computer. 180 files (over 1 GB of stuff) takes a while...

I sat and waited as the black-ninja in black/red garb was in-front of Patrick, and did nothing but showboat for the camera for a good 5 minutes or so. He had asked me to record his run, not his poses, so I skipped that. Hope he doesn't mind seeing that much less of himself when he returns home. I don't remember the specifics of his run, but if I remember right, he didn't beat it all. Made me feel better, knowing I had skill where he had ego. I've always felt that those with ego should never have skill. I totally pissed that guy off on the G4 forums. I knew there was something I wanted to remove before I finished editing my post for them... oh well. I said what I meant, although I wasn't expecting him to read it. |

Great story, man! I bet you learned a lot on your trip. Nothing like taking an awesome trip by yourself!
If you get any info on footage of our runs, let me know!

To save money, my girlfriend and I went to Domino's and got 3 medium pizzas for 15 dollars. It seems a little pricey when you first look at it, but compared to the food around Santa Monica, that is DIRT cheap. Those pizzas lasted us Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We even left some for the house keeping people when we checked out Sunday. What killed us, really, was the cab rides from and to the airport in L.A.. Coming from the airport to the hotel was over 60 dollars, from the hotel to the airport was a flat fee of 42 dollars. That was more than half of our 200 dollars for food right there.  |

heh.. Tokyo is worse.. friend of mine spent $210 getting from Narita Airport to Tokyo.. gaaaaaaah.. Still that's ridiculous! Good idea on the pizza thing though.. Done that more than a few times.. if you could cook in your room I used to make spaghetti or ramen to cut on food money |

I seriously thought that I was going to have to do the same thing, until I heard about that cab service, for $15 anywhere. Don't use them though next time. Super Shuttle is supposed to be about the same price, and is supposedly a much more renown business than the crap I settled for. |

Well.. what doesn't kill ya will make you stronger. Lord knows you got quite a few life lessons on that one! Glad all turned out in the end and there are genuinely really nice people left in this world! Thanks to those who really saved you. That was by far the best part of the story!
