Does everyone know when is the taping of SASUKE 33 AFTER KUNOICHI 9? I just want to know that's all The only time you will know anything about the official taping is when the audience lottery is posted on the TBS site. That won't be until applications close and auditions are done.

I'd love to apply for the lottery, but would be weird (or maybe even not allowed?) to do so if I had auditioned and didn't even know my status as to whether I'd be on the show or not.

Usually the calls for competitors will be made before the audience lottery. Not always and given the short time frame it may be at the same time. It wouldn't hurt to put your name in the lottery if you haven't heard back. They will contact those who are selected for the lottery and then you can say "yes I'll take it" or "no I'm already competing" freeing up that spot for someone else to take the lottery slot.

Thanks. I'll try to go that route. First thing to worry about is even making it to auditions. Will be awkward if they only contact me via phone since my Japanese is garbage...

It's usually boring. Just a few guys answering questions from the Nico Nico chat in Japanese. It's pretty much useless unless you know the language. I used to blog the dates but never wrote about it since the audio is usually bad and they don't really talk about anything in specific.

Casting better not forget Wreath Man. Doubt they will (even though they'll forget Chih. ) Yeah, what exactly happened to Lee? I know they picked another rep, but why? I feel like he could have actually achieved kanzenseiha one day.

Well with how Rising was at first, Inui wanted to get rid of the Monster9 things, so a lot of the stars of the later M9 era got snubbed, Inui did rethink that but I assume he probably stopped applying

Just FYI, if your application isn't in Japanese (and I don't mean a google translated disaster) it will probably get immediately thrown out.

In high school that's what my French Teacher told me. That didn't exactly stop others though. So are you giving it a shot?

Got a friend to put my app into Japanese, and hopefully I'll have someone who can translate for me come interview time if I make it that far.
