Do you think any obstacle will be change? In the trailer (spoiler) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I can't see any clear change. (DBL Pendulum to end)

Wait, there was a trailer? I think he meant this trailer. But this is just recapping T32 so yes, it does look like the obstacles don't change. But, there will most likely be some new obstacles.

I hope they make some changes. They need to bring back an old memorable obstacle like the Rolling Log or Bridge of Blades.

idk why but I can KINDA imagine the double pendulum being changed BACK to the Jumping Spider of all things... But anyways I think the only real change they'll make in stage one is the time limit. Make it maybe 10 seconds longer?

Yes that's totally 33 footage, they built and ran a whole tournament to swerve people who thought they were applying, also some competitors managed to return and managed to completely replicate things they did in 32 just to throw people off. This site sometimes...

So, I haven't had the chance to read through things yet but it seems they are not accepting American applicants per usual? This is the first year that I actually feel like I'm decently strong and fit enough to apply without school getting in the way (graduated now). Does anyone think, with my story, that I'd have any shot of getting an audition? I even have the funds to travel Where'd you get the info that they're not accepting Americans?

I just didn't see any indication that they would be, and, given the recent norms, if nothing has changed, it seemed to me that they wouldn't be.

Having a paycheck that is in black and not red letters is the last time you saw it (i.e. when M9 was around). LOL!! I'm honestly curious how the Americans (specifically) will be handled given their new multi-year multi-million dollar contract. Having gone through G4's era where Americans were locked behind that forcing them through ANW only.. I'm curious. There have been exceptions to the rule but that road still went through NBC. I don't see that changing anytime soon. I'm just curious if NBC specifically will pay for a team or just keep the current invite/permission set up that has existed the past few years. For those who never went through ANW and are underage.. I'm really curious if they will ever get a shot. Only time will tell.

So is the "issue" with being American or having an American address? I assume it doesn't have anything to do with citizenship with who has gotten on the show before and the application process not asking or having any way to check that.

No there was more to it but I'm not getting into it. Those living and working in Japan can apply to auditions. Many foreigners have gone through it and actually gone into the show. Jin made it that way. You can try now that you are there. I was referring to the non-Japanese citizen/resident Americans that don't live in Japan. I suspect NBC will have a strong decision with anyone who could be representing the USA with the ANW moniker. That hasn't changed.

Remember this is a casting event. Good luck! ♥

Honestly I thought it was an open casting call and they used the 100 pushups to thin the field immediately. And guessing my answers will need to be in Japanese?
