Stage 2: 1. Giant Ring Swing. 2. Up-down SL (add one more down rung). 3. Wave Runner (change bridge shapes, make dismount farther). 4. Pole Bridge from Sasuke 1+2 3rd stage. 5. Anything bringing back hints of Roulette Row. 6. Wall Flip (if just to see Drew's swag). Stage 3: 1. Cowbell Alley (mix of cowbell and gumball grips). 2. Keylock Hang. 3. Triangle Boards +1 more board. 4. The same UCCH. 5. Sine Wave Body Prop. 6. Vertical Limit Kai (cuz something needs to test Drew). 7. Walking Bar. 8. Flying Bar, Ninja Warrior Germany style (holds at different heights). Final Stage: Anything but a full rope climb.

Stage 2 1. Jumping Bars (6) 2. Up-Down Salmon Ladder 3. Wave Runner 4. Long Jump (basically take out the butterfly wall but have a long run up and have them jump like 10 feet into the wall at the end of the obstacle and climb) 5. Roulette Row 6. The Trench (The idea for the last obstacle that was stated earlier...basically raise the first panel, and you have to spider walk down, across, and back up. The problem is at the bottom when you're going across, the panels are only 6 feet high, so competitors would have to alter their spider walk strategy to get by 2:20 Stage 3 1. Double Wedge 2. Floating Boards 3. Mega bulls**t ANW8 Cliffhanger 4. Sine Wave Body Prop + 5. Hang Climbing + 6. Walking Bar 7. Devil Buranco + 8. Pipe Slider

Stage 2: 1. Something like the silk slider 2. Down-up sl (with a 6 foot transfer rather than 4, and make the rungs different distances apart) 3. Unstable bridge with farther lashe/transfer between boards 4. Double butterfly wall (competitors jump to the first one, then jump to another butterfly wall, then to a rope swing to the platform without the redundant rope climb 5. Chain swing 6. Wall flip (120, 140, 170) Time limit: 100 seconds (I'm bringing back the "mad dash" stage 2)
Stage 3: 1. Some kind of epic cowbell/dumbbell/cannonball combination 2. Floating boards 3. Double CCH without the stupid foot assist on the first transfer 4. Hang climb 5. Vertical limit 6. Some ideas: Flying bar with cradles at different heights An EPIC 14 foot lashe The flying wedge (basically there are a bunch of small segments of the wedge spaced out like the flying bar, and you have to hop the wedge bar between them)
Stage 4: 10 sl rungs into 30 ft rope climb into 30 foot invisible ladder Time limit: 60 seconds

Stage 2: Chain Reaction Net Bridge (from 18) + Down Up Salmon Ladder (gloves must be off by this point) + Rope Maze Reverse Conveyor Pillar Path (3 posts: Lift a heavy post and flip over a gap of water and use the post as a bridge to the next one. Repeat twice. Think the Fingal's Fingers distant cousin from strongman competitions)
Considering this is ANW and long time limits are its thing in Stage 2, 120 seconds (2:20)
Stage 3: Roulette Cylinder (straight track) + Devil Steps Double Wedge Curved Body Prop UC Cliffhanger (we don't need 17 ledges) Swing Circle (3 rings) + Climbing Bars/Walking Bar hybrid Flying Bar
Stage 4: Spider Climb (40 feet) Rope Climb (35 feet)
30 seconds

Chain swing = Metal Spin? Plot Twist: He didn't mess up the name of the Metal Spin but instead meant the Hang Move

Here's my Stages 2,3 & 4: Stage 2: 1.Cannonball Jungle (basically Rope Jungle, but with cannonballs) 2.Down Up Salmon Ladder 3.Wave Runner (with sign that says "USE SECOND WAVE!!!") 4.Integer Parley (same as Parley from VIKING,except you have to an integer multiplication problem) 5.Dunk Walls (same as from Spartan:Ultimate Team Challenge, except you have to swim under them, rather than lift them) 6.Wall Flip (walls weigh 110,130,& 160 lbs;instead of climbing up small wall, you have to climb up staircase,to compensate for wet feet)
Stage 3: 1.Propeller Bar (rope removed) 2.Keylock Hang 3.Birdhouse Alley (you have to move across 4 birdhouses (you have to place pegs in & out of unstable peg-board cubes),then dismount) 4.Ultimate Body Cliffhanger (same as SASUKE UCH,except you have to go inside the wall after the transition to the 6-inch ledge, come out of wall, then make CCH transfer) 5.Double Wedge (ANW8 Stage 2) 6.Double Hang Climb (same as regular Hang Climb, except after climbing up first wall, you have to cling onto a Pipefitter log, then transfer to descending rock wall, then transfer to resting bar) 7.Pipe Slider
Stage 4: 1.Spider Climb (40 feet) 2.Rope Climb (40 feet)

2nd STAGE: 1) Chain Reaction 2) Down (Kudari) -> Up (Nobori) Salmon Ladder 3) Spider Walk (T1-T4 version) 4) Goren Hammer Kai (The path slants up) 5) Pendulum Pandemonium (Double Pendulum but with a farther gap between the Giant Bar swing and the first sandbag, and there is 2-3 sandbags that alternate left -> right) 6) Wall Flip (The walls are spring-loaded so competitors need to push more on the walls to "lock" them in place to walk over) TL: 1:45 (105 seconds) 3rd STAGE: 1) Drum Hopper Kai (Drums are at different heights) 2) Keylock Hang 3) Sidewinder-R Kai 4) Cliff Cone (An SMF idea, 2-3 cones that freely spin with ledges around the cone. Credit to the person who had the original idea.) 5) Curved Body Prop (Add some gaps into the boards) 6) Vertical Limit Kai 7) Pipe Slider FINAL STAGE: 1) Spider Climb (37.5 ft. and splits after 15 seconds) 2) Tsuna Nobori (37.5 ft) TL: 30 seconds
