Do you know how Dion Trigg and Nigel Leeming did? (English guys) Dion struggled with the dismount at the Gumball obstacle.

She made it to the gumball. Pierce McKinley, Rachel Brown, and Alyssa Beird were among those that got to the Log Runner, but I don't know how the times broke down for 2nd and 3rd.

ALIX YESSSS (She's German but lives in Wales and joins Ninja Nigel and Dion a lot with their workouts, one of the first ninjas I met and an awesome person!)

Did Jon Alexis wear a helmet for fun, to not be distracted by his hair, or because he had an accident?

Ring slider is lethal, it requires pure strength! Also does anyone know who is on commentary?

Best part of Stage 3: Watching Nagano watch the pipe slider and then talk through how to do it with a few of the athletes that asked him.

I was able to get footage of each of the 4 Japanese that ran as well as Philip. All of them are posted on my Facebook if you want to see the runs for yourself. Being there to support my friends was such a fun experience. I won't forget it. Also no surprise on the winner at all. XD
