But yeah what I want is those 2 to make a valiant comeback with Nagano on the sidelines cheering like... CRAZY!

Takeda was never too hot on competing in the RISING era and now with Nagano gone, SASUKE 34 (If it sees the light) will be his last tournament. Shingo will go on till the end of SASUKE. His perfect record is above everything. It'll be interesting too see how Drew will handle a close-to-100 number. I'm pretty sure he is way more happy with being in the early 90s.

I doubt Takeda will continue doing SASUKE. Basically seeing the era of SASUKE, he & Nagano were pretty much really tight on each other. And now, with Nagano gone, it kinda doesn't seem to give him a purpose of why to continue SASUKE. I think Sasuke 33 or 34 may be his last, but no way he's definitely competing if there was a SASUKE 40.

Takeda wants to return. He said it to me personally. It depends on what TBS wants to do. Considering he NEVER got a retirement ceremony I doubt he would be cut if he wants to continue going with Shingo who already said he's not going anywhere.

I don't know where you got the idea that Takeda doesn't want to compete anymore. After his Sasuke 28 run, he said *on camera* that he wanted to compete in Sasuke 29.

That was 2012, Now I don't know what Takeda has said recently or if this is just speculation but people can change their mind in 4 years, not that short of a time

Because it's Sasuke of course! Also to see if anyone can come close to beating the UCCH into Vertical Limit x3.

We don't want to see Sasuke 33. Never. Because??? Sasuke 32 sucked, no Nagano, lame obstacles, editing was bad and some competitors were annoying. Oh, and also rules are bullsh*t. I think tbh that i have brought this subject up way too many f*cking times to properly say my opinion of Sasuke, but the best solution would be cancellation.

I'm not giving up on the show yet. I want to at least see Yusuke return and have that hero's welcome.

SASUKE is more of a sport than a reality show...it doesn't belong in the corrupt world we call TV.

SASUKE is more of a sport than a reality show...it doesn't belong in the corrupt world we call TV. I've got some bad news for you, it's always been a TV show, that's why Kane was so important, that's why when he left they had to try to market random guys who did good to become the All Stars, That's why they always bring in random celebs who have no chance but want to say they were on the show, That's the reason they started promoting the Americans to show the worldwide appeal of their show to the sponsors and try to convince the audience to buy into it, That's the reason they tried to put focus on groups and have it seem like a Vs thing about which group does best, That's the reason why they managed to pull in a relevant celeb and devote the majority of the stage 1 broadcast to him (You guys think I'm talking Darvish Kenji in the past few tournaments don't you? No I'm talking about Naoto from EXILE in Sasuke 26), That's the reason they tried to change what it's classified as in the ratings to artificially make it look more successful than the category it was in all along, That's the reason they tried to do a publicity stunt to get people to watch even though it went over poorly, that's the reason that when the station takes over they load it with tons of celebs for reactions like is standard for many variety shows. And I was just covering 1-28 before people started having their opinions turning because I'm sure everything after that is fresh in your minds, Sasuke has ALWAYS been a TV show first and foremost and a sport second, if you want it to be considered a sport go to Malaysia, but that had its own issues

Opinions only go so far when there are facts that go against them EDIT: Also in my list I forgot to mention that TBS officially considers it to be in the category of Sports Entertainment (*Vince McMahon voice* dammit), which means the primary aspect is it's a TV show, but with an athletic theme to it
