I never like it when they show Nagano clearing obstacles early in the Stage 1. I want a SASUKE 30 Trailer again with him clearing the wall, even though many people disliked that. Hopefully arsenette didn't spoil anything in the podcast with what she said (If you did then I'll abduct Akiyama lol) {Spoiler}"I was next to the starting line and watched Nagano's final run" (Loosely transferred)

He's now retired. I was mentioning that I was there for the final run considering that last year I wasn't allowed in to see the last few competitors. This year I had a front row seat to the entire tournament. I was honored to have been in that position. I meant no spoilers nor did I imply it with that.

The only thing there that spoiled anything that wasn't already known about Sasuke is where she was sitting EDIT: Damn, ninja'd by the source while I was typing it lol

I'm more curious to why Nagano's run was bright but Darvish's was not. I know that they did split into 2 days, but did they go out of order because of all-stars being there only for the first day?
Sorry if this was discussed on podcast somewhere or mentioned somewhere on the website.

Sorry if this was discussed on podcast somewhere or mentioned somewhere on the website. I believe the TL;DR version of it is bad combination of numerous delays by unfamiliar crew plus humid weather after rainfall caused dew so bad it got on the camera lenses and thus they couldn't film. So they were forced to halt filming and get the remaining Stage 1 runs the next day (which was a exercise in efficiency itself).

Still doesn't explain why it's pitch dark for Darvish and broad daylight for Nagano, unless they cut after Darvish, which I didn't hear was the case.

Inui doesn't really like to give away spoilers like M9 did lol I remember easily spotting Kishimoto failing the Escargot in SASUKE 26 back when I followed him a lot on his FUJInoSASUKE channel.

One of those trailers for 26 also had Kanno failing the Escargot. No name was said, just some dude at night in black shorts getting spun out and I just immediately knew.

Makes sense that they'd prefer to show who's on the show considering some of those people bring in a large amount of the audience lol

True, but they also digested that run in the broadcast anyway. Didn't seem like it was of great importance to them to spoil that particular run. Plus, there were a couple of other very shocking escargot fails that had gone unspoiled.

Same with Kong who was digested despite being screwed out of a possible win just two tournaments prior to that.

Hoping Nagano can beat the warped wall as his last hurrah for the show... at least he made up to tie fighter here so there is hope
