Someone submitted "Big red balls"... brb submitting everything Wipeout.
Although, it's incredible to see anyone get through the Big Balls. I remember one guy actually one-stepped the balls.

I think the Spin Bridge is the ANW Big Balls because if they had the real big balls they wouldn't fit them on the course...

Congrats on getting the editors pick, I'm up there too, I posted the Wingnut How long do they take before they update the list. I sent in something a week ago and it's not on there at all. Uhmmm I posted the wingnut and didn't see it on there at all for about 2 weeks and then all of a sudden one day I checked and it was an editors pick. But it definitely has to be somewhat good to show up at all.. Ive been up and down the list of obstacles about 10 times, seen every single obstacle on all the pages (i have a lot of free time) and so yeah tell me about your design or show a picture and I can tell you if I've seen something like it or if its a fresh idea and will be likely to show up soon

I know they don't put editors choice for everyone, but I'd have to imagine they put all of them under the User Submission portion. Cause some of those are not very good at all, IMO.

Thanks, guys. Nope they don't put all submissions up at all - learned from experience. I agree though, some ideas look like Wall Drop all over again

No, but the other idea I sent in wasn't chosen - I checked the whole page!

Thanks man! And good job on the hammocks. I don't want to sound like that guy, because I honestly don't care about being editors choice or not. No offense to the designer, but I don't understand what is creative at all about Cannonball Swap. It's basically the Shelf Grab mashed with Cannonball Alley. Is there something I'm not seeing that makes it a top design? Regardless, there are other great ideas that are editors choice, so not trying to hate.

What are some of everyone's favorites?
I like the Driller, the Walking Spider, the Tornado Lache

Hey, thanks! I agree that some ideas they chose for the top were less creative than the ones underneath. I know people have had some very good ideas (far more creative than mine) that didn't make it I like The Screwerator, Crank it up ( ), Death Valley and the Tornado Lache. There're lots of other cool ones too. I wonder how many fan-created obstacles will be used next season?

Yeah, I believe the rules say they might take a max of 5 (!?). That seems high though.
Also, since basically all of the ideas are NBC owned now, we might see bits and pieces of certain submissions even if they are not officially chosen.
It would be super cool to get an SMF design chosen. Best of luck to everyone submitting!

Well five could work if they had one in each region. I'd expect as the fourth obstacle

Well five could work if they had one in each region. I'd expect as the fourth obstacle I could definitely see them as 4th or 5th...maybe 9th. I'm curious though if they might have one in Vegas. Seems unlikely but you never know.

I kinda think an obstacle that consists of basketball hoops. There are 3 hoops with nets and the competitor must transfer from hoop to hoop. Not the best but still interesting.

Just submitted my other design. Called the magnetic roller and uses a magnetized bar resting on two magnetized rings of different polarities. You have to jump the bar against the wall of the rings to roll them down the track, but each side will require different force because of the different magnetic polarities.
