After training in Ninja Gyms the last couple of day, I've realized I'm never going to do very well until I figure out a way to curb the ridiculous amount my hands sweat. Next time I go to my doctor, I'm going to ask about it, because I do sweat profusely and it might have to do with medications I'm on, but in the mean time, does anyone have any ideas on how to control this problem, or have any suggestions of good anti-perspirents that aren't too slippery when put on. I do spray my hands now each day with Rightguard spray, it works a little but it's a bit slippery and just not enough.

Chalk might help, lots of people use it for stuff like that.

I do use chalk, but sometimes it's just not enough. Plus it's not allowed in competition and isn't always available, so I'm trying to get away from relying on it too much.

Yeah I have the same problem man. I just use chalk. Also I find going and washing my hands with soap helps alot.
