I've been told the log grip is obstacle two from someone who went past the set today. Also the fourth is jumping bars to cat grab to cylinder (I hope they think of a better name for it than that though).
Also Aaron Himmelwright (sic?) did not get a call (source; him)

Really? Log Grip 2 years in a row?
I guess I shouldn't be surprised, this is the same regional group that had the Rumbling Dice 2 years in a row lol

Log Grip is back?? Ugh I've personally gotten sick of that obstacle esp after Team Ninja Warrior. But it's deceptively tough. Cat Grab is that wall thing from Denver a couple years back, right? And then a cylinder? Like the 2nd obstacle in LA this year? That's sad about Himmelwright. He had a lot of flair and huge potential.

They should make a Spinning Log Grip similar to Mushroom Trip from Takeshi's Castle, that would turn up the insanity to 11!

Update on Rider: Apparently he re-aggravated an old injury and was unable to complete his testing obstacle

Looks like Philly contestants will need to be experts at trampolines. The 3rd obstacle involves a cat grab, then a trampoline jump to a wind chime. The 4th obstacle is a balance obstacle, and it apparently involves a trampoline too.

I'm not sure where you got that info, your ob 3 is a close description to 4 but off, your 4th obstacle thing is waaaay off
Fun fact: The 4th obstacle had no name when I was up there, I pitched a name to them, they liked it, don't know if it's going to be used

I saw the wall to wind chime obstacle after the log grip. I guess there was a balance obstacle in the middle but I couldn't tell. Then the 5th obstacle has a tramp at the beginning. I couldn't tell exactly what the 4th was before the wall. But I'd use a cat-like name like "The Pounce"

Oh yeah that news crew was out there, but it's not really a windchime it's thicker and looked softer. But it's ob4, there is in fact something else for ob3
Also I pitched the name "Chaos Drop"

Oh right, I'm not under NDA this year I have acquired, via an anonymous source, the course lineup: 1. Floating Steps (or whatever they're called) 2. Log Grip 3. Paddle Boards 4. Cannonball to nunchucks to tilting wall to Hourglass Drop trampoline to wind chime 5. Giant Roulette Cylinder type thing 6. take a stab in the dark... 7. Salmon Ladder 8. Flying Shelf Grab, no bars 9. Pipe Slider from ANW1 with ascending parts 10. Invisible Ladder
Eat your heart out, Chris Christiansen. After 7 years, you finally get your damn Pipe Stairs.
