To be fair.. Kacy wasn't even there because she was in Japan. If they added her it REALLY would have caused more issues. To fake that she was there when she wasn't would have really caused a war.

Probably not the right thread, but since Philly was the last qualifier: does anyone know whether Jeremiah Morgan was competing this year? Philly was the last course I watched and I didn't see him anywhere.
It seems weird that a stage 3 competitor wouldn't be back the following year... or did I miss him, or did they just cut him out like last year?
I wouldn't bother if he hadn't made it to stage 3, but now it made me curious.
Edit: And now that I think of it, I didn't see Elet Hall in any qualifier either...

I feel like I saw him this season but I might be thinking of when I rewatched ANW7 recently. If he isn't competing it may be for religious reasons, pretty sure that's why he didn't go to Vegas in ANW6.

So they uploaded Paul Hamm's run on ANWNation Facebook (albeit with sh*tty sound) and apparently MILES AVERY used to be his coach, which is insane. Also almost...

Thank goodness they credited that he competed on the REAL Ninja Warrior show in 2005 , it's better to see his run on social media than not at all, right?

So the finals are airing on August 22, a two week hiatus after OKC. But that's still smack dab in the middle of the Olympics, right?

Well NBC insists a Summer show goes well into the Football and Fall season so I don't see them changing their ways anytime soon.

I like the Stair Hopper. It could be a nice Stage 3 ending obstacle, especially if the dismount carries the same tension as Pipe Slider. But, for such a precise obstacle, 3 inches on both ends of the pipe seems a little tight.

The dismount is probably the easiest part of the obstacle, but it could definitely be a good end to stage three with how perfect you need to be to get through it.

^I think he meant adding a jump as a hypothetical stage 3 finisher

Yep I like the Pipe Stairs, would be a favored change from the Flying Bar AGAIN! They should have kept it named as Pipe Pyramid though Not sure what the "new technology" bit was about but interesting!
