I'm considering going once a specific location is posted.
Also, stupid question, but are there any reasonable places to park nearby when they have these regionals?

I'll be testing the 25th and 26th if everything goes as planned, might stay for the tapings depending on how tired I am (I'm hitting up every Ninja gym I can on the way down). I'll be sure to look out for you guys!

Planning on testing with 3 buddies of mine the 25th and possibly the 26th. Money's gonna be tight after splitting the train, hotel, and uber fare.

To be honest, though, if you think this board was on fire when David Campbell didn't get a call...just imagine if Jamie Rahn didn't.

But honestly if I had to choose, I'd rather David run. He's just more grandfathered in and has more Stage 3 potential in my opinion. The whole Captain G4NBC thing has just always felt gimmicky to me. But don't get me wrong -- both dudes are really cool people and I wish them both success.

He may not be the most consistent competitor in the world but this dude's skills are unreal. I'd say top 20 in the country easily.

And he seems to be getting better each year. And while the gimmick is great to stick out (which was the original purpose) I agree that he does have serious skills.

Bit of side information for this thread--I won't be there, due almost exclusively to the fact that (as multiple sources inside production told me) they're going to be busing people to/from the course again this year a la Pittsburgh. Hopefully that'll have changed since I heard it back in March during ATL filming, but for now, be prepared for the busshitstorm again.
