Yeah. Been researching that all morning. So far sporadic reports. A lot of people felt it down south but Sasuke related people we know were not detrimentally affected. They felt it though.. Aftershocks are still ongoing.

Woke up from nap. Over 70 aftershocks, 4 confirmed fatalities and over 700+ injured. Something like 30,0000 residents fleeing the area..

oh my... but apparently the Nagano family is safe... at least that's what I've been told. Yeah they are on the other side of the island. Takeda is closer but even then he is pretty far from the epicenter. I'm positive he felt something but damaging jolts were felt further from him. This quake is different where most of the extreme damage is localized. The Strike-slip fault just gave way violently underneath one of the towns that was severely damaged.

Yikes. Glad Takeda is ok too. Shingo was nowhere near it thankfully...

What of Nagano and Takeda? Are they still ok? So far yes but I'm getting worried. I'm looking at the pattern of the quakes and where they are going.. it looks like someone pulling a zipper. It's going west to east. There was just one big one in Oita prefecture and moving east.. Miyazaki where Nagano lives has just gotten a warning for earthquakes. Going to see if that particular report has a link. Lemme find it. Right now I'm hearing it online on NHK World's website.

Oh no... I fear Nagano and Takeda may need to evacuate themselves. I'm assuming Shingo is EXTREMELY safe?

Oh no... I fear Nagano and Takeda may need to evacuate themselves. I'm assuming Shingo is EXTREMELY safe? Shingo is safe for now (Japan is one of the most seismically active places on the planet..) He is 2 islands away (about 900 kilometers/550 miles away). Takeda lives NorthWest of everything that is going on and has already assured a fan online he is perfectly fine. Nagano mentioned he is also perfectly fine and not affected for now. I'm not sure he knows exactly what is going on or if he knows his prefecture is now under warning. All of this is happening within the past 20 minutes.

This is that 7.4 (upgraded) to give you an idea of the location. Takeda lives in Fukuoka Kitakyushu (a bit north of there but still on Kyushu Island). Nagano lives in Miyazaki (Nobeoka is the town along the coast). Kuramoto is the first one (Thursday) and then it is moving East. Mount Aso is right next to it moving right. Oita prefecture just woke up about (now) 30 minutes ago. Lemme see if this link works. Edited: that didn't work. Go to "latest earthquakes" and manually move the map to south of Japan. Trust me you won't miss it. See that it is moving east.

Didn't realize Takeda lived NOT in the same city as his workplace. I've located Anju numerous times as well as bariante's first location in the suberb Setagawa area. I still have yet to find the 2nd bariante sadly. Also good to know Takeda and Nagano are still, for now, safe.

He is just across Yamaguchi prefecture where lostinube lives.. He's also feeling shakes but not of the same magnitude. They all felt the 3 big ones (anything over 6 magnitude but more importantly anything 6+ in Intensity) Shingo is 2 full islands away. He doesn't feel these Earthquakes. He has his own earthquakes over there. Japan is constantly moving.
