That's INSANE! What's its name? Based on that fail, I'm gonna go with the whiplasher ? But seriously though, another solid grip obstacle, which I used to think was a really bland category. More of that good o'l creativity that Sasuke has been lacking lately.

Are we allowed to give the names of the obstacles? Because if we are, I know them.

I don't see why not. If you are worried try using spoiler tags. Anything you know would be awesome!

It better be "The Dinglehopper," or I'm flipping a table, and so is this seagull next to me.

Ascending Steps Trapeze to Cylinder (yeah the name is kinda lame) Swinging Steps (5 steps that swing back and forth) Ring Hopper (Salmon ladder + ring toss + hand cutter) I-Beam Cross Warped Wall Salmon Ladder The Wedge (Two plexiglass walls angled away from each other hold a bar wedged between them. Competitors have to jump the bar a la the flying bar to the end and dismount. Toughest issues were getting the bar angled to one side, or the dismount, where they bar would wiggle around and freak out the competitors) Double Helix Invisible Ladder

I pray they end up good.

I wish NBC came up with names that aren't lame as balls. NBC would have named the Hedgehog the "Rotating Cylinder with Spikes"

Yet then they come out with names like The Clacker, Psycho Chainsaw, and Area 51. Do they like alternate teams in naming obstacles and one is just 80 year old ladies.

The Wedge was very weird. Couldn't tell from watching it, but it almost seemed to have the "jump-and-pray" characteristic of the Hourglass Drop. In other words, it was brutal.

Red it as I-HOP cross gg me I-Beam Cross is a returning obstacle from ANW7, it was in the San Pedro (Military) region because almost everyone that finished it looked like they walked through a barbed wire.

re: "Trapeze to Cylinder", it's always possible they change the name in post. If memory serves, the Circle Cross was named something lame like "Rings to Ropes" originally.

re: "Trapeze to Cylinder", it's always possible they change the name in post. If memory serves, the Circle Cross was named something lame like "Rings to Ropes" originally. Circle Cross was originally called Ring Chain, this was also a time when it had tubed chains (like the Metal Spin in Vegas) instead of ropes which is a change they made when considering the rain in the forecast and humidity of the inner harbor. Also "Rope Swing into Cargo Net" was the legit name of Ob4 in St Louis before being changed to just "Rope Swing" on the graphic and on commentary. Also of note, until the day of recording they legit didn't have a name for Snake Crossing, but that's more of a last minute finalization rather than a last minute change

"Trapeze into Cylinder" is the worst name possible, I'd go for the Swing Log in my opinion but not my decision lol

It always seems like they get the weirdest, trickiest obstacles.
