Dude nice strength! I train on just a door way pull up bar like you got. I practice finger tip strength mainly doing circuits with only a few fingers on it

thanks man! I never tried that, it might be easier if you get the 'eagle loops' from ironmind or something similar like climbing nylon slings. It makes it easy to train pullups, deadhangs, front levers etc with any combination of fingers. Also pullups on the actual doorway (not pullup bar) might help, just like campus board training

Hey I have a video I'm going to upload showing a pinch strength exercise and it is really simple. I went from not being able to do the vertical limit to now being able just because of this workout.

Place toes in line with door and just extend back! The lower you place your hand on the door, the harder it gets.

that is a great idea! another simple way is to pinch your desk and pull yourself closer while sitting on a rolling chair, and then try to do it with one hand. I'm currently training pinch grip seriously, I have a few devices home (david horne's euro pinch device, pinch block from fat bastard barbell, Ironmind's titan key and some other stuff). I also try to work my pinch at the boulering gym about once a week. I can do the floating boards easily now but I wanna be able to do a rafter pullup and I'm not quite there yet. I lifted my bw on the pinch block but pinch bodywt pullup seems to be more difficult than pinch bw deadlift.

I'm also uploading a vid right now with working finger tendon strength on the doorway. However, I think that for general finger strength and endurance nothing beats a good bouldering/campus board training session.

I 'm also doing some close grip muscle ups at the beginning. I saw Jan Hojer (European bouldering champion)doing them and decided to give it a try.

I just dont have the money to go to a gym or buy alot of wokout stuff so I have to get creative haha. But yes I would like to do a rafter pull up, or heck even a rafter hold! If you follow Brett Sims on instagram, he did one the other day. He is getting really strong for this next season!

for sure man, you can also make your own equipment, for example a piece of wood/block can be great for pinch grip training if you figure out a way to attach wts to it. I don't know Brett but I know a few guys that can do rafter pullups and I know of a guy (grip sport athlete) that can do them with added wt and he is also a heavier dude which I think is amazing. His name is Adam Glass and I think he is trying this year for ANW. I think he used to have the pinch grip world record:

I didn't want to wait until now but life got in the way. Yeah I understand. That dudes grip strength is insane! I would really like those blocks that he uses. {if I could ever get to a pull up while doing that}

yes, Adam has one of the strongest set of hands on the planet.
another easy way to practice pinch is with wt plates, one hand or two hand deadlift, for example put two 10s together then two 25s and if unable to lift more with one hand you can go heavier with both hands.
