This can also be a trick question and you can say Hill Climb, Free Climbing, Wall Lift, Rope Climb, Warped Wall (and Great Wall) and Final Climb can be counted too because you don't actually fail the obstacles themselves but the clock is what counts you to fail.
BTW I'm not saying Brick Climb because
A: It's not an obstacle
B: Yamada Katsumi failed there on his third Second Stage run in Sasuke 12.

I don't know what you mean by Tarzan Rope if you mean part of the Final Climb or the Tarzan Jump, but people have timed out on both and on the Tarzan Jump people have fallen off. So it's not lost on the last page.
