It's not that hard for me though b/c i know all the english speaking competitors, y'all kinda have to figure them out. right, no one knows every tornament, even then i'm having a hard time figuring overall |

Hint: Yes Kosugi's speak english. Proof-Shane says wow when Kane beats stage 1 in Sasuke 6 and TBS translates it. Besides there like half american |

I knew that, I was expecting something different  I did divide (just realiezed I forgot two people): 18 people. (Kosugi's, Hamm's, Terek, Cejudo, TAS, Lee (Travis' friend), Dinh (dancer for Ashanti), Yasuda (coach in IFL), Brett, Colin, Levi, Brian, Luci, David, Olivia, Kevin) 9 complete stage 1 (Kosugi's, Hamm's, Terek, TAS, Levi, Brian) 8 complete stage 2 (Kosugi's, Morgan, Terek, TAS, Levi), 0 complete stage 3. 9/18 + 8/9 + 0/8 /18 Okay, its lowered slightly highered, but still wrong: 0.077 1.38% X 21 (lol) = 29.1% |

A few things to clarify...anyone that we know speaks english fluently. Shingo may know some english, but he doesn't speak it fluently..
2nd thing: g4fan, you dont take all the americans, you go from tournament to tournament and figure out the ratio for the english speakers..
Heres a hint I'll give you, in Sasuke 1, Kane Kosugi was the only english speaker...1/1 for stage 1, 1/1 on stage 2, 0/1 of stage 3...so the ratio would be something like 66% for sasuke 1.
IF there were no english speakers in a tournament, don't worry about that tournament, just make sure that when u divide in the end to forget about that tournament so instead of divding by 21 divide by 20.
Also, if all the english speakers failed stage 1, then just go 0/x and that tournament would be 0% when you do ur fractions, go as far as the english speakers went, so if they were all gone in stage 2(then stop at stage 2)
Hint: g4fan and gazzawhite, you have most of the english speakers, your still missing a few (that we know of)
NOTE: You want to solve this problem, b/c i thought of one much tougher than this, but it involves this problem, so solve it....if no one figures it out im gonna use it...if someone figures it out then i wont use it.

I just realized how bad my system was failing....new way to do it(some of the tourneys you can do it the old way)
take your fraction(ex: 1/3) that 33%
take your second fraction(ex:1/1) thats 100%
take your third fraction(ex:0/1) thats 0%
add them together and divide by 3
Answer is about 44%(round all of your answers)
This should be the correct way to do this
NOTE: this is not a answer for one of the tournaments

I'm revising the question, instead of going all the way through 21, you only have to go through Sasuke 7, maybe that will make this question a little easier....

Chackpop: One of those is wrong, and after you have all the percentages, add all 7 together and divide by 7.

Hmm, I think there might also have been another English speaker in S2 (apart from Shane and Fills), somebody who reminded me of Steve Urkel (and didn't appear in the G4 version). But then again, maybe he didn't speak English.
