Definitely was Takeda for me hands down. For Shingo, I just facepalmed the moment I saw it happen. But yeah, slight changes to the course, and what happens, ALOT of people get messed up.

Takeda almost did an Akiyama #6, hesitating on a trampoline obstacle (knowing it's not right the second you hit it) but jumping anyway. Takeda still had it even though his toes hit the front of trampoline, way off center, his feet didn't stick and they went backwards just out of error. Maybe Shingo has Alzheimer's. He seems to forget how bloody stupid he is the previous time and does something even more moronic next time. At least he doesn't cry... lol about the crying. Alzheimer's? yeah maybe something like that can even begin to explain his errors.

Yeah, I have to agree with the majority. Takeda was the most shocking. I'm sure none of us expected somebody like Takeda to fall on the jumping spider. Now.. What would be even more shocking is the day Nagano falls from the jumping spider.

LOL I'll be laughing only because Nagano would be pissed beyond recognition.. he's a fierce competitor.. and I doubt he wants to be mocked by his friends.. did you see Shingo messing with Takeda for fudging up something he has had down for a while now? Losing in front of your friends is just eville..

The man who failed a plank is mocking a friend.
I wonder what Takeda said. "Shut up, Plank Boy!"

I sure hope Akiyama wasn't eavesdropping.
"I'm not blind, I have a eye condition!" Does anyone know what that is? Probably a retina problem(deteriorating) I'd laugh if Shingo failed the JS in 23.

No worries I like to mess with people Still sucks though There's no surgery to fix that. Who knows, medicine is making several advances, so it may find a way. Correct me if I'm wrong(I have a feeling I am), but isn't there a such thing as an eye transplant? Like I said though, I'm probably wrong.

As someone who has a noncurable thing I just ignore it. He's lived with it this long it's the last thing on his mind. He's adapted and moves on. We are the only ones obsessed with his eyesight.

The SASUKE failure awards! Dumbest Fail: Harashima(why the heck did he jump backwards?) Most Suprising Fail: Takeda Weirdest Fail: Shingo(I noticed some other people almost do what he did) Stickiest Fail: Minoru(no, bad octopus, no tentacles on Kuramochi's face and arm before his run!) Best double fail: I just noticed that today while watching Sasuke 22 with a friend at work. This was Junichi Miyashita (the Olympic swimming Bronze medalist). In the slow-motion replay, the camera man takes a running header into the dirt - camera and all - just before Miyashita fails at the Jumping Spider. It was brutal, I couldn't stop laughing. Reminded me of a scene from '300'. ;D

Two-way tie for shocking failure to me. -Yamamoto Shingo for doing the same thing in the same place. I don't care if it was a trip or carelessness or whatever. Dude needed a slap upside the head. -Kanno Hitoshi. It'd be one thing to just tap the foot, but he went up the damn side. Granted, he may have been DQ'd by then, but seeing it live, it didn't look that way. Takeda and Nagano's falls sort of got desensitized thanks to everyone else, although I literally head-desked during one of them Special mention goes to Komiya Rie for the most cringe-inducing fall. When Rie Fell, I seriously thought she had hurt something. I was also surpried to see that they consider the mats in front of the trampoline out of bounds. I guess if she would have jumped further back to the trampoline, she could have had a second attempt. Shingo's failure actually made me mad. If it weren't for his perfect attendence, I don't think he'd be invited back. If it isn't his foot grazing the water, it's his non-obstacle failures. It kind of reminds me of Wipeout where the contestants slip on the first ramp leading to the first obstacle...

No, he's invited back because he's an ALL STAR. He's made it to the final stage twice, but really he's been making a lot of mistakes. He hasn't past the first stage in 5 tournaments . . .

I'm gonna say a culmination of Nagano, Levi, and David. Not just how Levi and Nagano failed... which was already suprising (I still like Levi, even though I'm against the stunts), but that David beat them both and still failed as well. Time got the best of David. I think he probably would've passed if he was a little quicker with the jumping spider. Yeah I know, don't rub it in!!! haha JK! You know what the kicker is though? The next day I'm talking with my girlfriend who was there and she just off hand mentions the trampoline they had set up in the parking lot. I'm like WHAT?!?! you mean I could have tested the trampoline BEFORE my run instead of wasting all that time DURING?!?!?!?!?!?! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH WHHYYYYY!!!!!!!!! Ahem...it's ok I'll do better next time....if there is a next time. Oh and as for my biggest shocker moments, there were 2. 1st was when I missed the net and saw myself falling towards the water. 2nd was Nagano....I mean I kinda expected it honestly....but then when it actually happened I was still shocked!

lol they moved the plank. He (very stupidly) set off without looking, in the direction it used to be. You could see him indicating this to the All Stars afterwards. Yeah, also the plank wasn't level, it was pitched to the side at about 10-15 degrees. I think that's what' really did it. He was stepping onto a surface that he expected to be level but turned out to be sloped away from him. (if you notice in my run I took extra caution there)
