I think the bungee part of the rope is more bouncy this time, no reason to change the name, but keep the same rope.

so is it a bunch of bungee-type strings together? or just a stretchy rope?
and the rope ladder is definitely tougher than the spider climb.

It's not tougher than the spider cilmb. however it takes longer. Did you see Nagasaki's face when he was attempting the spider climb? He looked like he was in pain.

I'd sum up everything into conclusion its SAME difficulty as the previous one no more no less harder.
Many factors balance this out including the affects from the now much harder 3rd stage

When we see bigger guys attempt the climb we will hopefully see if the bungee holder for the rope has any major effects or not, clearly Yuuji was the perfect build to climb this thing as he was so light the pull of the rope had no effect on his climbing so we need to see heavier guys on it to see if it really does pull them down. On side note those people here who said its easy - lets see you do it !
