That should be long enough you don't see it on the front page.
Anyways. What are your thoughts on the Final Stage? I think the ladder is a disappointment but I've thought that since we found out it was one. For a rope ladder it didn't move too much. With 45 seconds I was sure Yuuji could have won. Heres hoping Sasuke 23 someone makes it all the way to the top in time!

Easier than the the last two final stages.

I think the time limit was too high, since Urushihara didn't seem to be a great rope climber. But, all the same, he really flew up the ladder.

Yeah, I think it's the easiest final stage yet. Why do they make the final stages easier when someone wins anyways?

they might cut the time in the next one i personally thought it would still be 30 seconds or less!
I was the original ladder caller but i had the impression it was metal not rope - take a look at it in the 21 pics its clearly metal not ropey. oh well.
The kid needed about 5 seconds and he would have won it and made the design crew look like morons lol

You say that in the plural as if the second final stage was easier than the first.

Perhaps because getting there seems to be the challenge?
From the sounds of it, I think I liked the Spider Climb version way better.

Perhaps because getting there seems to be the challenge? From the sounds of it, I think I liked the Spider Climb version way better. Highly seconded. The Spider Climb made it a true obstacle. It's just that Nagano has proved he owns the spider climb in any shape or form, so they had to do something else... but a rope ladder? Come on... Make it a full out rope climb like before, eh?

And they've already confirmed the time to be 45 seconds so they can't change it now. They couldn't do a Rope Climb because Akiyama kills that, They don't want to take chances even though he triped on the Halfpipe Attack. It's not even a true rope ladder, its a ladder with rope frames, a rope ladder is like stage 1.

I was trully disappointed with the final stage. If Nagano would've gotten there he could've destroyed that final stage. The same goes with Takeda. He's a fireman and has proved he can easily climb ropes and ladders quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if he would have made it to the final stage if there would have been over 10 seconds left on the clock when he would win it. I personally think the time limit should be 30 seconds just like all the other final stages.

I agree with everyone that the time limit was too high. Yuuji was really quite slow at climbing the rope, and he was within inches of the button. Oh well, but my guess is that they'll up the difficulty in stages 2 and 3 slightly to try and prevent people from getting to the final too easily.

They can go back to 30 seconds next time someone reaches it surely! I felt 45 seconds was a little generous to say the least but luckily for the show the kid was a average rope climber and so they got away with it.

Has no one taken into account stage 3? When Nagano beat it in 17, the course was MUCH easier. Now that Yuuji attempted the final stage, ALL of the stages took a lot more out of him.
Sure, ooking at the final itself makes it seem easy.
But it's not, especially since he had to o it right after stage 3 with little wait time. His arms were killng him before he even started.
Yuuji is a bad rope climber? I'd say he was climbing pretty damn fast for how tired his ams must've been.
I don't think you guys are taking into account everything they have to through to get there. And by the time they reach the final stage they are dead tired.
How doyou know Nagano would've won? Sure, he climbs ropes twice as fast as Yuuji, but the reason he won in 17 wasn't because of his fast rope climbing, it's because he is the fastest spider climber ever. Maybe Yuuji is a god at climbing rope ladders, and Nagano would fail because he simply can't do it.
You have to admit, Yuuji FLEW up that rop ladder. He had a great rythm going. Going too fast would've caused it to sway. Too slow would've been stupid.
He got that thing down perfectly on his first try.
I agree it's easier than the last final stage, but not by much.
And I'd sayit's sitll harder than the first final stage.

Agreed. I'm glad he didn't win. That would make Sasuke 23 even more impossible. I couldn't even imagine lol.

I think we gotta see more people get to it to judge how hard that rope ladder is for sure

i agree the ladder is harder than we thought, i think they could possibly down the time to 35 or 40, but the new rope is different from the others its harder to climb, so i say this is still the hardest of the 3 stages especially if u cut about 5-10 seconds off of it. The Ladder could still be harder than we think. Heavenly CLimb G-Rope

Hmmm...I didn't even think about that. In 17, the course was much, MUCH easier than this current course. If you think about it, every obstacle is a deadly weapon getting ready to be shot.

I was expecting the G-Rope to have a little more give to it. I guess for the bigger guys it will be a bigger issue.
But yeah, either make it 40 seconds or 25 meters. Nothing's written in stone here, is it?

What's up with the G Rope exactly..?
Anyway, I hate the Final Stage. It's way too easy for the FINAL stage. I mean, I expected the ladder to be free hanging and twist around and he climbed it at least. And 45 seconds? This guy would have gotten TOTAL VICTORY if he could climb a rope worth a crap.
