Hi I am new here so sorry if there is already a thread for this but I checked most training threads and they didn't have one for this. Anyways I need help with my lock offs for obstacles but mainly peg boarding. I can hold one for about 3 seconds only and need exercises/ways to increase it as much as possible. I want to be able to hold them with my arms at 90 degrees and a full lockout. Any replies will be appreciated and helpful! Thanks!

work on strengthening your biceps and grip, you can do isometrics in the lock position with heavy dumbbells for example at preacher curl setup or hammer curl position. Another one is at pulldown machine use a one hand handle and practice one arm pulldowns to 1 rep max or isometrics (elbow 90+) for time while assisting with your other hand to get to that position. I do a lot of arm wrestling and grip sport exercises and I think help a lot. Some of them are difficult to explain here. But you can just get better with body wt exercises, such as archer pullups or typewriter pull ups or lock offs with different handles, ropes, towels, bouldering holds etc.
