I apologize if this is in the wrong thread, but I really don't think I'm wrong.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
The first contestant into the 3rd stage, what happened? Why was he disqualified? I just don't understand... they kept mentioning the Shin-Cliffhanger, did he do something wrong? Key-hole kept screwing up on me so I wasn't able to see clearly what went wrong. Very frustrating.
Also, who was he? Better question: Who were the 5 contestants who made it to the 2nd stage? Naturally, I haven't heard of them before, although I have heard of the Uncli group from the YouTube videos.
-Side note-
Heh, bet there's gonna be a new Shin Cliffhanger change coming for 23 for the -at least- 2 newcomers who have beaten it
-Extra side note-
Anyone else find this funny/ironic that Sasuke is being sponsored (Or whatever it's called) by a group called 'Yamada'?

The DQ'd contestant touched a frame he wasn't supposed to touch, just like Nagano on Sasuke 18.
BTW, this has been a great but surreal tournament.

Wow, no joke. Absolutely insane. I just... am at a loss for words. Everything was 100% the opposite direction than I expected.

He grabbed the frame and went around the first platform for the Spider Flip.

Ok, am I hearing this correctly....(since I didn't get to see it as I am at work, and naturally they don't allow video to be played)....none of the All-Stars (or other well-knowns) even PASSED stage 1?

Oh... see, I thought he had started going up and around purposely once they had told him he was DQ'd.

Crap, Terek failed too?
Damn my inability to join a SASUKE viewing party. Work sucks. I can't wait to hear about how everyone else did....or didn't....wow.

That was dumb.
Its dumb how you have to avoid things, they should cover anything that can get you disqualified. Cover the bars at least...
The guy (Don't know his name srry) should've known that he couldn't do that. Oh well. That was about as bad as Yamada's run, where he fell off the winning platform.

Finally, some names I recognize! Wow, Sato finally passed it? Good for him.

He was the first Metal Spin fail since 17.
And to answer your question completely. What had happened was the guy who made it there started climbing to the side, put his foot on the bar, and then reached up, When he got up he was literally beside the Spider Flip which disqualified him as a course out.

Levi and Nagano failed in exactly the same way, just with opposite hands.

Did Kenji Takahashi fail the Jumping Spider?

I have a question. Did Kenji Takahashi fail the Jumping Spider? No one knows, he wasn't even digested.

I was pretty sure he was wearing white this time. I need a recorded video to confirm since my VLC crapped out.

Didn't see him but perhaps he was seen somewhere on the TBS broadcast. Someone had a photo of him there, right? And no Shinji, Washimi and Matsunaga? I'm pretty sure Matsunaga was #97 but I wonder why they didn't show #97 at all...

Matsunaga was digested. I didn't see Washimi or Shinji.. at all.. anywhere.. I don't think those 2 were there. As for Kongo he was wearing all red (check competitor's thread - the picture is hidden there).
