What were the fails of this tournament that surprised you the most? For me... Stage 1: Yuuji timing up on the Warped Wall
Stage 2: Kung Cheen-Howng failing the Cross Slider
Stage 3: Asa Kazuma failing Crazy Cliffhanger AGAIN!
Stage 4: N/A

Okada on the Second Stage. Looked like he had enough time to finish.

Kawaguchi on the CCH.
Also, is it bad that I was cracking up when Shingo failed?

Kawaguchi on the CCH. Also, is it bad that I was cracking up when Shingo failed? I should have put Kawaguchi myself, but I temporarily blanked and forgot that he'd passed it before. And I didn't crack up at Shingo's fail. I cracked up at Takeda failing because he did THE EXACT SAME THING after Shingo.

Takeda takes the cake for me. What the heck was he thinking?! If you look back it literally looks like he's trying to jump in the water.

Nagano and Yuuji. Ryo I kind of saw coming.

Definitely Kawaguchi, although there was some unpredictable results in the first stage (I had a feeling yuuji and ryo would struggle) I was sure he would clear the third stage again after seeing him destroy it in 30. Missing that ledge with one hand had me literally yelling wtf!

I can't pick one out of Yuuji, Nagano, or Ryo. Crazy how all 3 failed the wall...

I can't pick one out of Yuuji, Nagano, or Ryo. Crazy how all 3 failed the wall... Just finished watching. That tackle machine really hammered the legs didn't it, looked like it was a real struggle for them when others of similar or even slighter build had done it with relative ease. Gobsmacked at Shingo and then even more at Toshihiro for doing a carbon copy ! Feared the worst when I saw how puffed Nagano was after the tackle machine. And gutted for Kong & Asa , Asa I really really thought (and hoped) would finally nail the CCH .

Takeda looked the bigger fool for totally copying Shingo

Yuuji and Ryo. It looked like that tackling obstacle right before the wall really sapped the energy out of both of them.

Takeda given that HE JUST SAW SHINGO.. Yuuji's fail was painful because after the buzzer he ran up the wall 8 times and failed each one.

Yuuji's fail was painful because after the buzzer he ran up the wall 8 times and failed each one. doesn't it seem like Yuuji's heart isn't in it anymore? he's already won the whole thing twice, it doesn't look like he's training as hard as he used to. I know there are videos of him training with other competitors, but I just don't know. I feel the same with Nagano, but I feel he's felt out of it for the past few competitions.
