Man, I'm impressed they are getting so much air time out of so few obstacle changes. I would have so much difficulty watching all of this, even if it was in my own language.
(And boy does everything have strange proportions)

Sort of disappointed about that, I want to see their next course, pattern shows it should be ripoff of a course I experienced first hand lol

Episode 7. No new course yet. That is still Episode 6. As I notice, the course changes every 3 episodes.

Aside from the gap in the middle being made bigger and what looks like a bit of a spacing increase, the Double Tilt Ladder looks like the most legit obstacle they've had compared to the real versions.
I'm legit laughing about the log grip sized Rolling Log that they painted red where your legs are to simulate the rubber they gave us in St Louis to compensate for the rain lol
The Trampoline for Rope Swing into Cargo Net is hilarious for some reason
And I'm laughing at how they actually made Bridge of Blades smaller instead of making it bigger like they do for everything else lol

Why did they even bother with the center rail on the Rolling Log? I get that this is China but did they really expect Yao Ming?

Okay, I take it back, THIS is by far one of the ugliest courses EVER.

They put red paint on because the real St Louis one had rubber so we didn't slip off in the rain... They're trying to be as blatant of a ripoff as possible and since ANW had the center rail, they thought "Well they had it, we'll put it on as well"

Plus, they probably did all their obstacles based on watching the other shows. Unless Brent and Kacy smuggled out blueprints to the TV station. Many Bothans might have died to bring them that information.

As someone who competed on the ACTUAL ANW6 St Louis course that they're currently on the ripoff of, I want to direct the attention to one run in particular, the run at 45:53. Why am I bringing it to our attention? Because as I said, I did compete in St Louis so obviously I heard the course rules walkthrough, which means I can point out the 5 to 6 DQs this guy made

As least its more entertaining than Sasuke Vietnam, which has had SIX episodes with a really basic course. I love the look and feel of the (legit) Vietnam version, but the lack of course changes makes it a tough sell.

Hmph, I'm still wondering no-one posted about the rewards. 5000 yuan (805 US$) for completing the course, 2000 (322$) for completing (maybe?) up to that warped wall rip-off, and 1000 (161$) up to next to last obstacle. That's some big dough for me, but not to goto China for xD. Now I do have a few questions about this show: 1. I believe that's sarsaparilla being advertised, can anyone confirm that? 2. In this segment (if anyone asks, Week 8, St. Louis part 2) where did the guy get his sneakers back, and is this a form of rule-bending or something lol? 3. I believe there won't be a music thread for this show (being a knock-off and all ), but will anyone be kind in recognizing this cue? Tyvm in advance (will provide rep or whatever)... In the end I'd like to thank lostinube for mentioning this knock-off piece of gem on the stream's chat (and all the others from the "usual place"), otherwise I'd never found such a great filler during those SASUKE-dry months (and I never watched ANW)

Competitors get 1000RMB if they pass the 4th obstacle, 2000RMB if they pass the 5th obstacle and yes u r right, if they complete the course they gets 5000RMB AND will make it into the next round which probably is the Finals similar to ANW.
