Dear ITV, stop filming in an indoor convention centre up north and start filming outside in London. Also make more than 12 people run the finals course as (no offence) they all suck Derpy Dom Outside seems a bit far fetched... English weather sucks after all. Yeah, more people in the final sounds good though SASUKE 8 was in torrential rain and that was an awesome tournament xD

Actually having a full 4 stage course instead of just reusing stuff from the qualifiers would be nice.

Also they need to make Stage 2 easier (time wise and build the UB correctly) and also make Stage 3 harder/ more balanced. Floating Boards -> Miska Cliffhanger -> Flying Bar which is uneven is hell is way too hard for these guys except maybe Tim Sheiff.

SASUKE 8 was in torrential rain and that was an awesome tournament xD Then put covers over the course when it rains! You know ANW actually has a little known system for that but it's never actually come up as far as I know but we did come close enough in St Louis last year that we were told this system, if the rain is heavy enough to make things slick but light enough the show must go on, the Warped Wall and runup are tarped off, you complete the 5th obstacle and the clock is then stopped, they untarp the WW and once the tarps are out of the way then time resumes and you go for it.

UK is based off of ANW since that is the license they bought and has the same production team as NBC. It is inherently different than the years of Ninja Warrior they bought on Challenge. That's probably why people are confused as to which version they got there. Unless they change just about everything (which I highly doubt since Eccholine is reproducing ANW), it's going to basically stay the same.

Agreed, more lenient stage 2 is definitely on the list. 70 second time limit is just BS. Aside from one diagonal Salmon Ladder bar, Tim Shieff had a perfect run in season 1, and still timed out on Wall Lift.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, and I don't know if this is just temporary, but Challenge have stopped showing Sasuke (Ninja Warrior) in the UK. In July, they showed tournament 27 after building up to it, and the show hasn't been seen since. They may bring it back, and then switch to Kunoichi for a while, but for the time being, only seasons 1/2 of ANW are being shown in the UK. Everything else is dead. As for ITV, they are completely different, and have a pretty good history in terms of feedback. Whilst Echoline will likely continue to build the course slightly off, the actual mechanics of the show (number of competitors in the final, time limits, testing obstacles more extensively) CAN be changed, and ITV would likely listen to any complaints, as they are obsessed with their self image. For example, in series 1, people complained that the Semi's were too easy and boring, so for series 2 they added a time limit up to the warped wall, and brought in tougher obstacles like Wind Chimes and the Jumping Spider.

Sounds good on the ITV front. And yeah we knew about Challenge as no one has bought Sasuke Rising since it's not in the Ninja Warrior format and few are willing to edit it in that format since it costs a lot more money to do that.

It's not just Rising though, all 27 existing tournaments have stopped being shown too, including Konoichi
