Is anyone going to say something that today is a all star presentation? I mean there's not much to say, we don't exactly know what it is and reports wouldn't be coming out until tomorrow more than likely

{Spoiler}it must be very tiring doing obstacles for a tv show 5 days in a row. They all deserve a big vacation after this but probably most of them have to get back to work next week.

Personally the real pioneering American Ninja Warrior all stars are Levi, Brian Orosco, David Campbell, James McGrath, Ryan Stratis, Drew Dreschel, Flip and a couple others from ANW1/2/3. no one has done consistently well in ANW4 onwards to warrant the term All Star, and there are too many good people to differentiate veteran from all star. This is just to get Kacy and Meagan on the show and hopefully they arent pushed too seriously as all stars.

Catch 22 regardless. I know what they are trying to do but each year they reinvent themselves and they don't promote the stars they have. Hard to have stars when they cut them most of the time in favor of a revolving door of people they feature for 10 minutes then never again.

Is this event just gonna be some exhibition on the Vegas course? I think viewers are gonna get irked seeing the exact same course in ANW 7, seeing it in ANW vs the world AND AGAIN in this.

I heard there were (at least one) obstacle(s) created for it that were never shown in the earlier rounds. I heard of a salmon ladder that had something like 30+ rungs. Unsure if it was used specifically for this but given that I only heard about it in the past day, I would believe so.

Does anyone have any specific information about the competitors/course/format/results of this event? I really want to know how it worked.

Just speculating a bit. I have a feeling the term "All-Star" in this context isn't used in the same sense as a Sasuke All-Star, i.e., a select group of people who are most likely to achieve Total Victory, but rather in the sense of something like an NBA All-Star, i.e., popular competitors the fans want to watch. That being said (and based on what I read about about the skill challenges and the 30+ rung Salmon Ladder), I feel that the ANW All-Star Special will be similar to the NBA All-Star Weekend in terms of skill contests (NBA has 3-pt. contests, dunk contests, agility contests, & All-Star game) and attitude (NBA players in skill contests give their best, and they don't get too upset if they lose).

The only All-Stars I consider in ANW are the top 10 finalists that made it to Japan in ANW 3. Take out Travis Furlanic and Jacob Smith for Brian Arnold and Joe Moravsky and there's the real All-Star Team.

ANW probably considers their "All-Stars" to be like pro sports "All-Stars," a revolving door, and not a lifetime title like the SASUKE All-Stars. I view it differently than if ANW tried to screw Brian Orosco and call other people "Mr. Ninja Warrior, Mr. USA, or Ninja Warrior #1." Something like that would be total bull****.

How many competitors were competing in this event? I have heard Meagan, Kacy, Daniel and Grant. I assume there were two teams since there were apparently two rookies and two female athletes (one for each team). However It could be three teams (add Michelle Warnky/Jessie Graff and maybe Nick Coolridge)

Ok so it's sort of like ANW's version of the All-Star game or Pro Bowl. Sounds interesting... still I stand by what I said. Also I don't know if I would consider Brian Orosco Mr. Ninja Warrior especially if you haven't competed in 3 seasons. David Campbell is more Mr. Ninja Warrior than Brian.

Brian got the nickname in ANW2 (specifically during Sasuke 26 by Ogasawara) and they acknowledged the nickname every time Brian competed

Bear in mind that Ogasawara is the same person who called Nagano "Mr. Sasuke" so his nicknames are not exactly canon
