The training forum has been pretty dead lately so I will be posting challanges for all the ninjas here muscle up challenge rules; -start from a dead hang position - full range of motion at the elbows - minimum swing forward - no chicken winging - try and keep your knees straight, it's ok to bend your knees a little bit but don't overdo it ( even the world record guy is bending them a bit towards the end) - send a link to your youtube video People can call others out for not following the rules. This is an example of muscle up contest rules:

I did muscle ups last Friday on the rings. Different challenge, but 30 muscle ups for time. Feeling ready for Orlando.

You can probably do more muscle ups than the number of members on this forum who can do a single muscle up.
There might be like... 15? (Prove me wrong maniacs!!)

I did muscle ups last Friday on the rings. Different challenge, but 30 muscle ups for time. Feeling ready for Orlando. Nice brother! And best of luck for Orlando. Yes, different challenge but still a muscle up challenge. So now we have two challenges here 1. most consecutive muscle ups with good form and 2. 30 muscle ups for time. As soon as I feel ready I will give your challenge a try! thanks for the motivation. In the meantime, this is me at work today doing muscle ups where I was not supposed to (Check out the 3rd rep ). I was able to get 15 under a minute with limited swing and slippery bars but this does not belong to any of the challenges.
