After Pittsburgh is the Military course in San Pedro on June 5-6. I forgot! Thanks! Question: Is that it's own stand alone show? Or a qualifier? It is its own qualifier for Vegas.

Any word on obstacles yet? Sandstorm by Darude. Oh, wait, I think that's the wrong smartass remark, isn't it Rider? Help me out here, you're young and hip, right?

Fun little loophole here: Rider, Philip and I are under NDA until August of 2013, which has long past. So technically we're free to divulge information, but just in case, you're going to have to get it from someone other than me.
EDIT: In case you're wondering why no pictures have been posted to Twitter/Instagram, the course is on private property behind a wall of trees and there are cops EVERYWHERE who have been kicking people out for being anywhere near the course. It's insanely hard to get close to.

Maybe there is an insanely crappy obstacle which they don't want people seeing, or Rider has hired the cops to take out everyone in case he chokes on the steps so he can have another run

He tested with Philip and me. If nothing else, he got his revenge on balance obstacles! Without saying much, the 4th obstacle is brutal. No way 30 people are getting past that. We weren't allowed over by the finals obstacles so I didn't get a good look at #8 or #9. I only got to do one obstacle (#3) and failed it. There are several possible modifications to it so I have no idea how it will play out tomorrow. Rider and Philip went to test again at the 5:00 session but they were full. Testing was absolutely miserable and I will never do it again. But if nothing else, it's made me hungrier to get on the course for real.

Awh thats a shame, I thought Rider was running the course At least you got to have a go on an obstacle and watch the show ^^ Also I assume the 4th obstacle was a trampoline one, in which case it must have been really hard to take out 30 people as usually people are pretty prepared for them. Unless the first three obstacles were easy but it sounds like number 3 was hard Either way trololol SASUKE 31 are gonna show up ANW's production people so bad, it should be fun to see

Obstacle 4 did not feature a trampoline, obstacle 4 was called windchime, I'll let you figure that one out on your own, but many failures were people caught on the last pipe.
Lets just say flying monkey bars and a certain arch (and I don't mean anything st louis related)

So I saw an interview on NBC 5 and they spoke of American Ninja Warrior and both hosts were in Pittsburgh. THERE IS THE DEVIL STEPS! The devil steps I believe if the 5th obstacle and the gap between is longer... not sure how much... a foot?

Non spoiler: the guy who was first in the walk on line had never touched an obstacle course before. He did the warped wall and injured his Achilles.
