Sasuke 25's was the perfect difficulty IMO. But most importantly, I want to see a new colour scheme. I'm thinking blue mats for the first stage. YES! The red is nice, but I'd prefer blue.

I've always preferred an easy stage 1. I think it should be where basically anyone with a decent level of fitness can get through it on a good day. I like the 20-30 people stage 2's. However, that's when s*** gets real. Things like the salmon ladder become the equalizer that separate the men from the boys. Stage 3 should be a long journey that only the true Sasuke stars should ever be able to pass. The final stage needs to be difficult enough that people arn't going to be beating it on their first try, but easy enough to still be passable. Maybe after 10 or so attempts it gets defeated. It's nice when we get plenty of clears like that. Though the only problem I have with that many clears is they tend to cut almost half of them (Sasuke 30). I like to see the runs of at least all the ones that cleared.

Since it seems relevant; from another thread: Anyway, according to an Inui tweet, the course alterations will be: Moderate for the 1st Stage Minor for the 2nd Stage No change to the 3rd Stage

Minor for Stage 2? Well I hope to see either the Backstream and/or the Swap Salmon Ladder gone if any.

No changes to Stage 3? Really? I thought surely they would have at least minor changes to it.

they should at least reorder things a bit. Iron Paddler and Drum hopper at least. Have an obstacle in between or something...

IMO it has everything to do with budget. That's always been Inui's issue. My guess is that because TBS has been losing sponsors left and right, and because their ratings haven't really improved, they can't attract the big sponsors to be able to overhaul the entire course. I know Inui has a LOT of ideas he wants but can't fit them in the budget he has. FYI the budget for this year is less than last year's.

Now I can imagine SASUKE being sponsored by Coca-Cola and McDonalds. That'd be my worst nightmare lol

But don't they have the money coming in from international versions?
...Oh, right.

So I guess my wish for the First Stage to be longer is out of the question.
