If you're gonna buy a mac just to put windows on it, you should just get a PC. never implied that, all i'm saying is, if its cuz of gaming their are ways to get around it There is no PC emulator. I challenge you to play Crysis on your mac

There are tons of ways to run Windows on a Mac. That is, more or less, a PC emulator.

You never said it had to be perfect.
Besides, no emulator can truly be perfect. An emulator is only a copy.

The developers should start thinking about Macs more......only thing is, Mac users are for the most part not gamers.

I wuld probably play more games on my mac than on my xbox. I mean we use emulators cuz all mac games are costly and the games mostly suck (except for Sims2, and this war game my friend has, i think its risk). But we'd be gamers if we had Games.

Yeah, true. Though I also think most people who aren't gamers would rather buy Macs. At least from what I've figured out anyway.

Macs aren't that bad, really. They're good at what they do. It's just not gaming.

Macs- simple easy to use no "c drive or x drive" just Macinosh HD(C drive on windows), G-drive (could be t drive on windows) little to no viruses little to no spyware or addware easy to save pictures (literally click and drag) easy movie making programs (iMovie, iMovie HD), photography programs (iPhoto) and webpage design prgrams(iWeb) simple and eays to use OS's comes equiped with search programs (spotlight (PC stole this wonderful idea), shirlock) all macs (excluding minis and pros) come with built in iSight camera and microphone comes with office-esk programs desttops usually all in one if bought mouse, 4 clicks accepts all mouses accepts all USB items alots of compatablity has firewire (afast than USB) Cons:
Windows- lots of viruses lots of spyware/addware not all computers come w/ camera and mic has standard 2 click mouse doesnt accept all USB most come unequiped with firewire blue screen of death freeze and crash more often

That's not a pro, because most other filesystems don't need to defrag. comes with Microsoft Office ... ummm. No? You can find a bundle with it, but that doesn't mean it's free. And I've never ever had a computer "come with" Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office isn't free. easy to find programs for This pro is mutual to both, it's not at all hard to find Mac software. And it's just as hard to find specialty problems for Windows that already exist on the Mac. no "c drive or x drive" just Macinosh HD(C drive on windows), G-drive (could be t drive on windows) G-drive? comes with office-esk programs No, not any more than Windows. desttops usually all in one What do you mean? if bought mouse, 4 clicks Eh? has firewire (afast than USB) Faster than USB... Eh? This myth really needs to die. I'm sure there's less MacOS software than Windows software, but that doesn't mean that you can't find a tool for a specific task. Not to mention, with the fact that OSX has a BSD under-pinning, almost ANY Unix/Linux/Posix software can be made to work on OSX with little to no work. Regarding Office; nobody needs to pay for that. OpenOffice.org But again, Office software does not generally come pre-installed.

OpenOffice.org But again, Office software does not generally come pre-installed. 1. gdrive is my external HD, used t as an example 2. it does come with office-esk prgrams, pages, keynote, mail. 3. all in 1 is like, you dont have a moniter attached to the computer, the computer is IN the moniter 4. mighty mouse, the macintosh preferred mouse, is a four click mouse 5. Last time i checked, i couldnt plug my mighty mouse into my familys PC an have it work... at all. 6. i cant find a lot of programs for my mac, i havewhat i need, but the option for more would be nice, and ive tried changing an .exe to a .app, has never worked for me.

My mouse has 4 buttons and a scroll wheel. Left Click, Right Click, Back, Forwards, and scroller in the middle.
And there is a movie and picture tool on Windows. Ever hear of Paint or Windows Movie Maker?

2. it does come with office-esk prgrams, pages, keynote, mail. IT DOES NOT. Computers ship with iLife. iPhoto, iDVD, iWeb, Garage Band, etc. They DO NOT ship with iWork. I bought a Mac Mini, straight off the shelf from the Apple Store. I DO have iLife, I DO NOT have iWork. 3. all in 1 is like, you dont have a moniter attached to the computer, the computer is IN the moniter Oh, I see. That's a bad 'pro' to assign to a Mac because the iMac design is hardly a Mac exclusive product. I've seen HP, Sony, and other such computers integrated in the exact same manner. [edit] Some of them are even TOUCH SCREENS. Something Mac hasn't done except for the iPhone, despite the constant user clamoring for a mobile Apple Tablet product. 5. Last time i checked, i couldnt plug my mighty mouse into my familys PC an have it work... at all. Mighty Mouse (Mighty Mice?) are standard Mice. You don't have to do anything special to use it on any other computer except have an open USB port. 6. i cant find a lot of programs for my mac, i havewhat i need, but the option for more would be nice, and ive tried changing an .exe to a .app, has never worked for me. Well of course you can't change an exe into an app and have it work. An exe is a single file, and an app is just a folder, for one. For two, the architecture is completely different. For three, OSX doesn't have Windows APIs, DLLs, etc. So here comes the next question. What kind of programs are you still looking for?
