Soooo.... Jet Lag? Hey Europe got the same Jet Lag so there's no excuse. Also how friggin AWSOME is Team Europe!!!!! Seriously they blew away all doubts I had. Technically no they didn't, their flight is not at all as long as the flight from Japan, and the jet lag is much worse, I've flown both and can attest. But seriously, everyone but Ryo and Yusuke looked tired and drained early on.

Public service announcement: Now that 1. ANW has defined a person's country as the country they currently live in (Sean McColl competing for France) and 2. Brian Arnold has cleared the Third Stage, can we please stop bitching about Kane Kosugi? How about this. Now that Team USA lost can we please cut this bulls**t about 1. American propaganda 2.The show being rigged and 3.Team Japan being paid off to lose. Team Europe won fair and square congratulations to them

Even though Brain Arnold didn't finish stage 3 in a regular tournament see an American finish stage 3 after more than 10 years is still amazing! Finally got to see stage 4 if Travis Rosen had gotten to stage 4 he could of won the title if he was in the regular tournament. But good job for team Europe for winning the title!

Actually Team "Europe" should have won on Stage 3 if it wasn't for NBC so in all actuality "Europe" won TWICE.

I'm waiting on the video since I can't blog without it so it will be sometime this week when I blog it. This time I won't go as nuts. I was told by them to just enjoy the spectacle and not get as emotionally invested in it. They certainly are not and were prepared when NBC decided to take some of their victories away. Oh well. Can't wait for next year .. that's all I can say... crosses fingers.

Also, Team Europe isn't even Team Europe really. McColl is Canadian (but living in France) and Shieff was born in Conneticut and raised in Britain. Still, congrats to that group, McColl was great and Stefano deserves more credit for beasting Stage 3 in his first try.

Vadym even being there was reaaaaaaaaaally a big deal. He just showed up the day of the competition and those who failed to qualify a couple days before (there were 10 "countries" in qualifying) and was put in the lineup with no explanation. My own personal beef is that if at any point you were part of ANW you are American. Period. Is there NO ONE in those countries even remotely qualified to properly represent them? LOL I know Sean's fans are pissed he was listed as France.

I actually enjoyed the show even though I somewhat knew what would happen. I'm happy for all 3 teams.

Ryo won the 3rd stage with Morimoto being questionable if he won his match in the 3rd stage. If Japan would have gotten the point, it would not have produced the USA tie to take it to the final. It was a topic of discussion of how brazen NBC stole that Ryo win to ensure the final for Team USA. Then the final NBC tried taking that as well deliberating for a while but concluded that they lost after all. It was quite a spectacle.

Really didn't want the cocky Euros to come in an take it, especially since there's no way any of them (except maybe the "Canadian") could complete all 3/4 stages back to back in actual competition.

The discussion as it was described to me was that Asa went 2nd having seen (I think it was Sean) skipping balls. He was told mid run that he couldn't do that and had to do it again. He did not adjust to it and broke down. Japan did protest that away from the cameras.

Yes I saw on the spoilers for the special that Brain might have not of had the fastest time but where is your evidence that NBC played with the time to make it seem Brain won. I know that you have people on the inside giving you information but without hard evidence you can't claim NBC fixed the match. And if you if do have evidence make it public.

With any spoilers that I bothered telling you guys back in June when this thing was taped it came with a warning that I will never divulge the various sources that allowed me to even post it. Everyone also forgets that the event was taped in front of an audience. I'm tired of being attacked for doing it so I'm not doing ANW anymore. This is my last season. Ya'll have fun. I have better things to do.

Lol, what an exit, right when your credibility is questioned. If what you say occurred, and being that it was in front of an audience, do you really think they could get away with fixing that? Despite your claims, there are laws for game show type events that prevents fixing, so NBC would likely be in hot water if true.

Yikes... what caused this to blow up...?! And Arsenette if that's true then I respect it. ANW isn't SASUKE. But still even though the USA vs episodes are considered disasters to some I thoroughly enjoy seeing others running the course besides Americans. I've grown to love seeing Team Japan attempt a course that isn't QUITE built for them but can still DO it.

Again. It's always the "new" people who question me directly as if I was the one that did the deed. I just laugh. I seriously do. Either way I will not discuss which ones spoke to me. They are under NDA for a year. The others who aren't under NDA don't want to deal with being questioned by those who love being duped by creative editing by NBC. Again. It's like this has happened for the first time. It hasn't. This is the 3rd time it was blatant. This one was just more breath taking. I've been doing this for over 6 years now and quite frankly I'm tired. I'd rather concentrate on my true love Sasuke than ANW. It's clear NBC doesn't care for their athletes or even their guests. It's about NBC and only NBC. That will never change. Now I know why I was told "don't worry, we aren't upset, we knew before we left it's just a TV show. Just watch on television and enjoy the creative editing. Those that were there know what happened. For the rest it's compelling television". THAT I can say was from Team Japan. I'll Follow the advice and just stick to Sasuke.
