Gliding Ring hasn't been attempted by americans either come to think of it Unless you count the Circle Slider from ANW2, which granted per your definition it doesn't but that was a really cheap excuse of a Circle Slider (referring to G4, not Rider) And yes, Dance Bridge counts. That's probably the only obstacle attempted by a Spaniard and not an American

Vertical limit is easy. I know at least 15 Americans including myself that would crush right across it. The crazy cliffhanger is harder I think, having done both and seeing others who can do VL but not CCH. It's not that I doubt you guys, but I'd like to see some more training videos of Americans on Vertical Limit (and the CCH for that matter). I know these obstacles haven't been replicated on ANW thus far (in terms of design rather than name, that is ), but until I see Vertical Limit being beaten by several Americans like you've described, I would still call it far from easy. Furthermore, 15 isn't a very large number of people (at least compared to the number of Japanese competitors who have the potential to beat it IMO). Even so, who's to say how many of those guys could reach it if it were to be included in the Vegas finals of Stage 3? For those who would, Vertical Limit being positioned farther into Stage 3 would certainly serve as a further detriment to any American who makes it there in Vegas.

Here is a vid that has a CCH and campusing a Vertical limit - doing it like a cliffhanger. Which is much much harder than pinching it lol. And yes its hard, but there are just a lot of really strong guys out there, who make it look easy. My perspective is probably skewed by knowing mostly people who can do stuff like that than those who cant. And id still wager there are more Americans who can do it than Japanese. 15 was just an arbitrary number, i really hope we see more obstacles like these, in their hard form, even in city finals courses.

Lance Tarvend was the teacher in Sasuke 18 and 19. I don't think he's an America, though. I think he's from South Africa.

I'd say the original Ascending Climb from Sasuke 19 and 20 looked insane compared to hang climbing. Then again, NO ONE attempted that obstacle.
